"The hotel is located within Mount Sanqing, requiring a drive up the mountain, close to the Waishuangxi cable car. Since we had to return the same day, we chose the Jinsha cable car, which was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel's facilities are really old. The towels were thin and damaged, the hairdryer switch didn't work, the hand soap dispenser was empty, and the toilet seat was wooden, like something from over a decade ago. Choosing the mountain view balcony was a bit of a mistake; the mountain was right in front of us, too close to see any distant views. My son went to the gym, which didn't have many machines, but the service was very good."

"Honestly, where do I even begin? Bloody pillowcases, hair on the bed, incredibly slow check-in, absolutely no privacy on the floor, and linen carts piled up in the hallway outside the room… But the worst part was the attitude of the staff and manager when dealing with issues. I don't even want to go into detail; I already explained everything to Ctrip over the phone. A big thank you to Ctrip for coordinating a room change, but even the new room had problems – a broken old scale that didn't work and a peeling seal on the bathroom door… By that point, I couldn't be bothered to report any more issues. I just put up with it for one night and left. Overall, it was just chaotic management. Maybe hotels in tourist areas are just used to taking advantage of customers."

"#You MUST check out this garbage hotel that's using tourists' hard-earned money to boost its ratings! Avoid! Don't come! The whole area feels like they're ripping off tourists! I travel for at least 100 days every year! This is truly the first time I've encountered such a terrible place to stay. Almost all the reviews are mindless praise! This is unbearable! 1. First, upon arrival, a male receptionist and some middle-aged woman in casual clothes were chatting idly at the front desk, while a **** was sitting on the sofa in the lobby! The overall experience was terrible and unprofessional. (Picture 1) 2. The order page clearly stated a buffet, but I was told it was a set breakfast delivered to the room! When I asked, they said it was because there were few guests! But the price wasn't lower! (Picture 2) 3. I was woken up at 7 or 8 am by the loud banging of a pile driver or excavator and couldn't sleep a wink! There was no warning about this unpleasant situation at check-in, especially since it was right at the hotel entrance. (Picture 3) 4. The so-called mountain view room was just a window the size of a skylight in the upper right corner of the room looking out at a view of a parking lot and some trees! The trees were indeed growing on a mountain! Picture 4 5. It felt like the pillows hadn't been changed at all. We arrived so late, and with elderly relatives and children with us, and we were going out the next day, we didn't want to spoil their good mood, so we didn't complain. Now I'm furious! "After checking in, there was a laundry basket that looked like it was left by a previous guest. The trash can next to the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a liner (and neither did any of the other trash cans in the room). I understand that this is an older hotel, probably around 10 years old, so the outdated facilities are somewhat excusable (the comforters and pillows felt damp, the toilet was incredibly old...). However, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. The service also left something to be desired; when checking out, the morning shift male staff didn't ask how my stay was, and even though he knew I was going hiking, he didn't offer any water. (On the other hand, the female staff at the front desk was excellent; she explained the Sanqingshan cable car operating hours when I checked in and even gave me water when I picked up my luggage after hiking)."
