"The front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly rude. It felt like they treated us differently just because we're Asian, especially compared to the European guests. I definitely felt a cold shoulder. The hotel's parking is also a complete mess – no clear signage, extremely narrow, and ridiculously expensive. Other hotels in the same area have spacious, well-lit, ground-level parking. If you're driving, I strongly advise against booking this hotel."

"The hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more."

There is a free shuttle bus, but it only goes to Terminal **/2d"

"Stayed at this hotel for the second time. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is very suitable. It is 30 minutes by car to Paris (if there is no traffic jam), there are some Chinese food around, and you are walking 3 minutes south. Not bad. The rooms in this hotel in Europe are very comfortable, the space is large, and the facilities are complete, as well as slippers. Oh yes, this time I met a lucky cat again (see picture), it's almost the same model of Hermes, haha"

"Super clean hotel, with nice amenities. Room are very spacious and good value for money. Location is next to the airport, a lot of international travellers and air hostess and pilots staying in this hotel. I stayed here, because I'm travelling Paris for business by car and it's usually a nightmare for traffic or parking within Paris, so at least here I have a spacious and more relaxed environment. But if you go for tourism, it may be a bit far away. By car to the city center takes about 50min. But really liked it here and the international vibe. Would come back"

"The location is good, close to the airport with CDGVAL. The room is clean and much bigger than similar hotel near the airport. We ordered room service for dinner, it was quite good. Burger was excellent, pizza not so much. I wish there were a bit more things in the room (teethbrush, water bottles...). I am disappointed by the service to customers. I asked a body weight checker to check the luggage weight, but the hotel put a machine in the lobby for that, with a 2 EUR fees per luggage. It should be free for customers."

"The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience."

"Firstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again."
