"I booked a stay at this hotel, hoping for a relaxing weekend with my boyfriend, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room’s soundproofing was terrible. we could clearly hear the TV and conversations from the neighboring room, which completely ruined any sense of privacy. To make matters worse, the room had a connecting door to the next room, something that was not mentioned in the room description when I booked. I reported this issue to the reception upon checkout, but no proper resolution was offered. Instead of addressing my complaint, the hotel later responded by offering a room upgrade for a future stay, which is like proposing a steak to a vegetarian. After this experience, I have no intention of returning. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better. Proper soundproofing and transparency in room descriptions should be a basic standard. If you value peace, privacy, and a truthful booking experience, I do not recommend staying there. In addition, the entire staff team (from reception to the waiters in the restaurant) is not smiling, which is also a pity for a 4-star hotel."

"Honestly, the location right on the road was fantastic, I really liked that. However, what I didn't appreciate was the toilet bowl – it wasn't clean. I noticed some yellowish discoloration and dust on it. The coffee maker also hadn't been cleaned; there was limescale inside. Otherwise, the rest of the place was clean, and I definitely recommend it."
