"Here’s a polished review you can post: Really enjoyed our stay at ChaoKoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool — absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and a great place to relax during the day. The hotel has a fantastic location, close to everything while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Would happily stay here again when visiting Phi Phi!"

"The hotel location is absolutely amazing, Breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing, Natural, access to snorkelling. The food they had in the hotel: some of it was really really good, and some of it was not so good. The only weakness is the fact that the logistics to get there by boat are quite complicated ~ I found a single fast boat provider which can directly access the resort but they only have one boat a day all the rest require you to stop and switch companies in the middle. Once i found out which food in the resort was better i ordered that more frequently. If you wait for low tide you can walk along the beach to get to the village and avoid the other resort but during high tide that's impossible. "I scoured through all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi before finally settling on this one. It was quite a journey – during the Chinese New Year, it showed no availability, and I even emailed the hotel to confirm they were fully booked. But then, one day, luck smiled upon me and a room suddenly appeared, which I immediately booked! The hotel isn't right by the pier, which is great as it avoids the noisy bars that go on till late, yet it's still close enough to the pier. It's a mere 10-minute walk for transport, going out for snorkeling, or diving. The hotel also offers its own half-day boat tours, with direct boarding from the beach right in front, which is super convenient and very reasonably priced. The environment is simply stunning – a tranquil and cozy tropical rainforest villa. The pool, breakfast restaurant, and beach are all beautiful. The staff are warm and friendly, and their attention to detail is evident everywhere. Looking at other reviews, besides one overly dramatic negative comment, all others are overwhelmingly positive. The only drawback was that the shower water was a bit cold. It's a shame I only stayed for two nights. You can get a more visual sense from the pictures."

"The hotel is located on top of a hill, so you need to take a shuttle bus to get up and down, which takes a few minutes. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour. Breakfast is quite basic; if you add it on separately, it costs 350 Thai Baht, or you can take the shuttle down to town to eat. For the ferry transfers, there are always staff to pick you up and drop you off at the pier, so there's no need to book in advance. I suggest increasing the frequency of the shuttle buses, ideally so they run on demand. The water park was partially open, and the slides were really fast."

"I extended my stay in this room category for another night. The villa by the sea is fantastic. I really didn't want to leave this hotel. I loved it. Definitely recommend."

"The best aspects were the location and the buffet. It's just a 2-minute walk from the pier, and the hotel's street connects the bay to the beach. On the downside, it definitely needs more cleaning (the fans haven't been cleaned in at least a decade) and the rooms should be fumigated."

"The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. And there were NO roaches or lizards, only a few ants near the kettle that didn’t work lol."

"It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!"
