"The hotel's location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing while you're there. Chartering a boat for snorkeling is also possible. Arriving after 3 p.m. will be at low tide, requiring you to disembark and walk to shore. The hotel will assist with luggage handling, which is quite enjoyable. The service was average, with housekeeping only coming one day out of a three-day stay. For meals, you can walk through the adjacent Saii Resort to the village behind, but high tide after 7:30 p.m. makes returning to the hotel inconvenient.
Amenities: The air conditioning in the room is incredibly loud, so light sleepers shouldn't choose this hotel. With the AC off, the room gets very hot, and with it on, the noise is unbearable. We booked two rooms, both of which had this issue, suggesting the AC noise isn't isolated to just one room. The refrigerator was also very noisy, and I unplugged it. There was also a low-pitched hum from the electrical box in the wall next to the closet, along with a sound similar to the ticking of a second hand. The noise level in the room was the hotel's biggest issue, disrupting rest.
Environment: The room decor was relatively good on PP Island, which was a major reason for choosing this place.
Service: The water in the room was in glass bottles, with refills provided, but there were no convenient bottled water options."
