"Nice pool. Good service and amenities Bathrooms are dated but okay. Rooms are renovated. Parking can be a bit annoying during weekends. As central is full with shoppers. Airconditioning isn’t ice cold in all rooms ….. could be improved."

"We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay."

"Outstanding hotel with the friendliest staff ever!! My husband and I have traveled all over the world to 70+ countries, and this hotel left such a memorable impression. Immediately upon arriving, we were greeted promptly and taken care of (luggage, check-in) and since it was Chinese New Year, we were given delicious treats! Our room felt luxurious with a spacious floor plan, very comfortable beds and bedding, good size bathroom AND complementary drinks (coffee, tea, soda and juice) plus snacks (chips and crackers) that get refilled each day of your stay. Breakfast is mostly traditional Issan Thai dishes (hot) with egg station, beverage station and salad bar. The cherry on top, is the 25m outdoor lap pool and air conditioned fitness center with an excellent selection of free weights and cardio equipment. A real winner for an unbeatable price!!"

"First time here... I was impressed by the reception staff and the staff who helped carry my luggage. They were incredibly service-minded, always smiling, and provided great information. When I got to the room... wow! 🥰 The room was spacious, the bed was clean and comfortable, and there was a table and chairs so I could sit and enjoy snacks without having to play musical chairs. It was more than worth the price. However, I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. 😃😃😃"

"I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the years. This time I came with a car. Parking is available. Check in was easy very straight forward. The room was clean no balcony. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good. The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, didn’t have much western food options and wasn’t as good as I remembered it being from the last time I stayed which to be fair was a number of years ago. My wife enjoyed it though which was the most important thing. Check out was pretty straightforward. Overall a little over priced considering the other options in the area."

"Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good."

"Good place, location near enough to places of interest but not too near the main road. Staff are well trained and very polite. I feel very welcomed by their hospitality. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again"

"Hotel with a country feel right in the city. Beside nice lake and big trees is a change from the concrete jungle. Situated less than 10 minutes to Central Mall and UD town. Rooms are clean, rain shower and good breakfast. Lake also suited for a pleasant stroll after. Will book again."

"The hotel had parking and check in was very quick and room was clean with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and shower was fantastic, I would recommend this hotel as the decor is very nice, staff, very helpful and breakfast, absolutely lovely."
