America's oldest continuously operated farmers market - Central Market - is a 7 minute walk from our condo. The condo features both an elevator from the gated rear parking area and a stair case entrance off the main street. When stepping off the elevator into the condo you enter into an inviting entryway with a wet bar and a high top table with two stools. French doors leads to a small deck off the entryway. The primary bedroom, just off the entryway, welcomes you home with a King size bed, two bedside tables, custom built closet, two dressers and two comfortable reading chairs with lamp. An ensuite bathroom features custom cabinetry, white marble, double vanity and shower with multiple shower heads. The Queen bedroom, also off the entryway, features a custom built closet, and ensuite bathroom, with black and white nickel round tile floor, and double vanity. The kitchen opens up to one of two living spaces. The kitchen features a stainless steel Jenn-Air refrigerator, microwave and gas stove top with built in oven. This 3,000 sqft home features 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 XL living spaces with 12 ft ceilings, 1st floor surround sound, a master balcony, and an oversized rooftop deck! We feature off street parking in our climate controlled garage. Plenty of space for 2 vehicles.Enter into our large living room with custom built-in shelving, surround sound, and a smart TV. Our kitchen is made for those who love to cook - we have a XL thermador gas range and you’ll find all of the essentials there for your use. We offer a large dining table to enjoy a meal together. Off of the kitchen to the right is the powder room and to the left is a pantry with plenty of storage. Head up the extra wide stair case to the second level where you’ll find a bedroom featuring a queen bed and lots of closet space. Directly to the right of that bedroom is a full bath with a custom Spanish tile shower. Next to the bathroom is a full laundry room stocked with essentials. The last door on your left will take you into our master suite! You’ll have a private bathroom with an XL shower, a double vanity and a free standing soaker tub. You’ll have access to two walk-in closets with a gorgeous bone in lay dressing table. Continue into the master bedroom with a large king size bed, a private gas fireplace, a large bone in lay dresser, and a private over-sized balcony. Head up to our third level where you’ll find yet another large living space with an oversized coach and smart TV. You’ll have a wet bar with a dual-zone beverage fridge. Up here is our 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with standing shower. Continue through the sliding doors to our large rooftop area with plenty of seating to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine to watch the sunset on the couch. This is the best place to relax and enjoy city living with the best location in town.Our property was renovated from a tobacco warehouse in ‘89 into a luxury living space. This is not your typical Lancaster City home, we feature wide stair cases, tall ceilings, and tons of amenities! Be sure to check out the original blue prints in the foyer during your stay!We are pet lovers ourselves so our rentals will always be pet friendly! Please keep in mind this is a city home and while we do have outdoor spaces, we do not have a grass area. This house is a fantastic location in general but especially for travel nurses or doctors - we are 0.3 of a mile way from Lancaster General Hospital. Our location has a 99/100 walkable score.You’ll have the whole house to yourselves. We do contactless check-in for your convenience but we will always be available over the phone if needed.
