"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."

And that’s how I ended up at AutoCamp Zion, just about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park in Utah. Let me tell you, this is not your average campsite. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌 Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever. In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design. If you’ve been dreaming about reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort, AutoCamp Zion is the perfect place. 🌿 It’s peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel grounded, inspired, and completely at ease."

"The scenery is very good, better than the picture, but the front desk is an old sister, the service attitude is very poor, and very rude."

"All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!"

"The best hotel I have ever stayed at the same price. First of all, the health is very good, the layout of the bed is very reasonable, the four people live very convenient, visually can live in a family of six people. The kitchen utensils and related equipment are very complete, seasonings, boilers, and electrical appliances are all complete. I made fried steak and dinner. The traffic is quite convenient, 20 minutes drive to Wal-Mart, and15-20 minutes to the scenic spot."

"The room was very new and clean. I arrived at 7pm and looked up at the starry sky. I was shocked. It was so beautiful, full of stars. The front desk was very nice. I went there on Christmas. The price was a bit expensive. It was a 10-minute drive from the entrance of Zion National Park. The only drawback was that in order to facilitate star viewing at night, the hotel's outdoor lights were very dim, and the corridor lights were also dim. It was a bit inconvenient to find the room number. Picture 3 is the view in the early morning."

"The most satisfying of the four canyon accommodations. If I had to pick a weak point, it would be that the room is a bit small. The garden in front of the hotel is the jewel of this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also good, but the taste varies depending on the day. I ate the omelette twice, on the first and second days, but the taste on the second day was not so good. But overall, it was good."

"Caution NO Air conditioning. Very hot in the rooms. They have a noisy box fan. But that didn't help. The bar closes at 9pm"

"Most of them are very good, but I found a lot of dog hair and traces of blood stains on the quilt cover, so more hygiene can be done."
