"Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience."

"I am really satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time! When I booked a room online, I thought it was clean and bright from the pictures. After arriving at the hotel, I found that the real thing was exactly the same as the photo. The hotel environment is very good. You can smell a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The lobby is spacious and warm. The facilities in the room are very complete, with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, and even a small refrigerator. The bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. There is no water stain in the bathroom, the toilet and shower room are polished, and it is very safe to live there. The most touching thing is the service. From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff's attitude is very good. I forgot to bring the charger, called the front desk, and it was delivered in a few minutes. "Two things: 1. The shower water was not hot. The temperature was 30℃ that day, and the room had an air conditioner on. However, the shower water was always around 37-38℃, and it felt very cold when I took a shower. I communicated with the front desk several times, and the front desk said that the engineering department had adjusted the water temperature, but after taking a shower for a long time, my wife took a shower later, and the water was still not hot. As a result, we felt very cold when we took a shower. 2. When we checked in that night, the front desk asked us not to open the window. As soon as I entered the room, I checked that the window was closed, but there was a strong wind in the morning, which blew the window open, forming a pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, causing the door to keep ringing, which affected my rest. Figure 1 shows that I took a long shower, but the hot water did not come. The video shows the door ringing early in the morning. I booked two rooms that night, and both rooms had the above two problems at the same time."

Staying at Taohuayuan Yunshe Hotel is the most wise choice. The children and the elderly are very happy. The village chief's careful design makes us really feel the feeling of living in a paradise. Every day, listening to the sound of the flute, the bird calls, the heart is very calm and relaxed. There are also a variety of daily food and spa massage arrangements. Living here can really relax and calm down. Butler Peng sister is also intimate and warm, in short, it is very recommended! Very satisfied.

The hotel facilities are standard and complete, the beds are moderately hard and soft, clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities are hot enough. The staff at the front desk, Xiao Ye, were warm and friendly, and the professionalism was high. The service staff, Xiao Liu, also took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, the lobby is spacious, the surrounding environment is more beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. Although it is a five-star hotel, the price is relatively reasonable and provides a wealth of services and facilities.

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing!
