The lobby manager was professional and attentive, promptly assisting with any issues and always with a great attitude. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a prime location. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a truly pleasant stay. "Two things: 1. The shower water was not hot. The temperature was 30℃ that day, and the room had an air conditioner on. However, the shower water was always around 37-38℃, and it felt very cold when I took a shower. I communicated with the front desk several times, and the front desk said that the engineering department had adjusted the water temperature, but after taking a shower for a long time, my wife took a shower later, and the water was still not hot. As a result, we felt very cold when we took a shower. 2. When we checked in that night, the front desk asked us not to open the window. As soon as I entered the room, I checked that the window was closed, but there was a strong wind in the morning, which blew the window open, forming a pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, causing the door to keep ringing, which affected my rest. Figure 1 shows that I took a long shower, but the hot water did not come. The video shows the door ringing early in the morning. I booked two rooms that night, and both rooms had the above two problems at the same time."

GGuest UserIt can really be called a paradise. The service provided by the housekeeper Qiaoer and every service staff is very warm, thoughtful and meticulous! Many details are done perfectly, it is indeed a unique resort hotel! I hope that we can further enrich the experience projects in the future and provide leisure and entertainment suitable for the whole family, children and adults of different ages and genders! Furthermore, there are many trees in the surrounding mountains, which makes it a bit messy, so further planning can be done. (Although it is already beautiful)

The staff at the front desk, Xiao Ye, were warm and friendly, and the professionalism was high. The service staff, Xiao Liu, also took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, the lobby is spacious, the surrounding environment is more beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. Although it is a five-star hotel, the price is relatively reasonable and provides a wealth of services and facilities.

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile.
