"Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience."

It can really be called a paradise. The service provided by the housekeeper Qiaoer and every service staff is very warm, thoughtful and meticulous! Many details are done perfectly, it is indeed a unique resort hotel! I hope that we can further enrich the experience projects in the future and provide leisure and entertainment suitable for the whole family, children and adults of different ages and genders! Furthermore, there are many trees in the surrounding mountains, which makes it a bit messy, so further planning can be done. (Although it is already beautiful)

The hotel facilities are standard and complete, the beds are moderately hard and soft, clean and tidy, and the bathroom facilities are hot enough. The staff at the front desk, Xiao Ye, were warm and friendly, and the professionalism was high. The service staff, Xiao Liu, also took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell!
