"The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring new facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the bathroom design was impractical, offering no space to place personal toiletries – a significant flaw.
Room service was quite disappointing. The complimentary welcome fruit was completely forgotten and only delivered after I called at 11 AM. During check-in, I requested an additional set of adult toiletries and a children's set. These were not delivered as promised. After prompting again late in the evening, they finally arrived, but it was two adult sets, and the children's set was still missing! This standard of service is simply not what I expect from the Wyndham brand. Even small amenities felt lacking; only one comb was provided per room, which comes across as quite stingy.
On the positive side, the breakfast was extensive and very good."

This trip to Lishui originally booked a hotel in the city, because the windows could not be opened and changed to the Beichen Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. I drove to the hotel with a nervous mood. The magnificent momentum dispelled some doubts. The contact with the hotel service staff allowed me to experience the concept of ＂ Customer Zun ＂ of this big hotel, especially Miss Lai, the duty manager, personally came to the scene to help coordinate the cold and warm, and she sent a warm message before leaving work at 11 o'clock that night. "The service was very good. They called us in advance to communicate the check-in time, and tried to meet any needs. They also told us about the surrounding tourist attractions so that we could arrange the time. The hotel's dinner was also good, so we didn't have to go out to eat. The hotel is at the foot of the mountain, so we don't have to drive too much on the mountain road, and it is convenient to go to several ancient villages around. The overall design and decoration of the B&B is very stylish. Compared with some pure white B&Bs I have visited before, it is well maintained, so it is very photogenic.
Afternoon tea was arranged when we arrived at the restaurant. We took photos happily. The dinner dishes tasted especially good. My husband said the fruit sparkling drink was also delicious.
When you open the curtains, you will see the tea mountain. There are no other buildings around. It is a perfect environment for relaxation.
The butler service is very considerate and will respond immediately after sending a message
I was very satisfied with it overall. When I left, I found that I could just go there for coffee and afternoon tea without staying in the store. It was pretty good.

During the May Day holiday, there is a shuttle bus that can go directly to the scenic area, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out are very fast, and the breakfast is rich. Two adults and one child booked a twin room. There is no coffee table between the two beds, so they can be combined directly into one, which is very convenient. I will choose this place again when I come to Jinyun in the future.

RRrrDExcellent facilities, luxurious and clean room with great view of the rice terraces from balcony. Air con was powerful enough to keep room cool in day time and warm and snug at night.
All the staff were generous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Barbecue meat dinner outside in camp chairs was delicious and fun.

The camp looks dreamy at night time with lights on, peaceful with only sound you can hear is water trickling on the rice terraces and frogs in them croaking.
Entrance to Jiuqu Yunhuan rice terrace scenic area is less than 5mins walk. Worth getting up early to see the sun rise as the terraces look the best in the morning as the light simmers off the water (in Spring).
Thanks to the boss who helped us with our luggage and gave a lift to the cable car station on our way down.

There was a buffet in the hotel so I didn't have to run back and forth. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all solved! The building was so beautiful that I couldn't help taking pictures. The front desk applied for free breakfast for the children when a family of three checked in. A fruit platter was also given in the room. It was quite considerate. The hotel has four elevators, which are fast and stable. You can only swipe your card to ride. It is very safe and private, and you don't have to worry about strangers breaking in. Although there are not many varieties, the quality is still there. My son ordered two portions of local noodles and said they were delicious. Next door is Wanda Plaza, but it can't be compared with big cities. There are not many types of food, and the goods are the same. You can go to Lin's Courtyard to eat farmhouse food, which is recommended by local friends.
