"Booked an executive room, but hit a string of snags! Arrived at 3:45 PM, and the front desk said the room wasn't ready yet. I understood, it was Chinese New Year after all. They gave me a drink voucher for the lobby, so I ordered a coffee and Tiramisu. It took a long time for the food to arrive. The cake was just a regular cake, absolutely nothing like Tiramisu. I asked the waitress, and she repeatedly insisted it was Tiramisu. Haha, fine, during Chinese New Year, staffing is probably stretched thin, and people aren't properly trained. No point arguing, I just wanted to check in. At 4:30 PM, I asked the front desk again, and they said it still wasn't ready. Under pressure (my voice got louder, and my tone became firmer), they gave me room 2613 (my original room was 2616). I had seen reviews about the room's cleanliness being an issue, so I had already braced myself. After a careful check, it was acceptable, which was a relief. But then came the evening, and the problems resurfaced. I could hear the loud chatter of the gentlemen in the room to my left, and the 'indescribable' sounds from the room to my right went on for an hour. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, and I was genuinely shocked by how poor the soundproofing was. After complaining, the duty manager on the second day promised they would block off the rooms on both sides. Yet, on the second night, the same neighbors reappeared. Apparently, business was booming during Chinese New Year, and the hotel was fully booked. Although the duty manager tried their best to appease guests (they really did try), the hardware of this place is just so subpar. Thanks to Ctrip's intervention, we changed hotels on the third night and finally got a good night's sleep. And let's talk about the hotel's breakfast – who on earth designed that traffic flow? The queues for people and the adjacent Wenyan restaurant cross over, and first-timers often get lost. As for the food quality, it definitely doesn't justify the price (128/person). This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Wyndham brand in different regions. Fool me once, fool me twice, but not a third time."

"The front desk service was excellent, and the room was decent and relatively clean. For the price during the Spring Festival, it was indeed very reasonable. However, I really can't help but complain about the breakfast environment. Picture 1 shows the seat we wanted, but because no one was cleaning it, we asked a staff member to have the table cleared. The staff member at the restaurant entrance who swiped our cards told us to sit in picture 2. 😰 I pointed out that the long tables were also not cleaned, and she actually said: ”Aren't there three clean seats?” I was speechless. Did they expect us to eat breakfast in a pile of other people's leftovers? I understand that there might be staff shortages during the Spring Festival, but since the customer raised the issue, they should have responded immediately instead of making decisions for the customer. This is basic courtesy in the service industry. Considering the other services were good, I won't give a bad review. Also, although the hotel is pet-friendly, the bedding hygiene still needs attention. There was a large yellow stain on the comforter, similar to pet urine. Although it didn't smell, it still affected my mood."

It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Lishui, and I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Yintai City commercial district. You can step out and immediately find shopping and dining options, and getting a taxi is incredibly convenient. It perfectly balances accessibility with a peaceful environment, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. As a new high-end hotel, the facilities are pristine and sophisticated. The environment is clean, bright, and exuding quality. I stayed in a river view room with an amazing panoramic view of Nanming Lake and the rolling green mountains through its floor-to-ceiling windows. During the day, the mountains and water created a refreshing scene; in the evening, the sunset painted the sky; and at night, the city lights sparkled. I could even enjoy the night view while soaking in the tub by the window, which truly set a wonderful mood. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, with a stylish landscape-patterned carpet complementing the elegant decor, feeling both luxurious and calming. The separate wet and dry bathroom and double vanity were practical and thoughtful, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a completely relaxing stay. The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and their meticulous service throughout demonstrated the professionalism of a high-end hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring not only elegant Western dishes but also a wide variety of local specialties like Jinyun Clay Oven Rolls, offering a taste of local life and a fantastic culinary experience. The hotel boasts comprehensive amenities, including a clean and quiet heated swimming pool and a well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym, perfect for exercising and unwinding in your free time. The exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and prime location make its value for money far superior to other hotels in the same category. My overall stay was flawless. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything made me feel incredibly comfortable. When I visit Lishui again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!"

"The room is of five-star standard, but the decoration is a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast is great, the sesame cakes are delicious, and the noodles can be taken directly without waiting in line. There is also a gym and swimming pool. Next door is Wandi Square, which is very convenient for eating. There are also many barbecue restaurants on Yulei Road nearby if you want to eat supper at night~ Lishui is beautiful, and the night view of Chuzhou Ancient City is great~ Recommended"

"First off, this hotel is huge, almost like a scenic area itself! 😂 Many rooms even have their own terrace. If you have enough time, spending a whole day relaxing at the hotel, sipping tea or coffee, would be incredibly pleasant. So, the environment is definitely a big plus. And with supposedly 120 rooms, they clearly have substantial resources. We checked in on the 3rd, and the hotel was pretty much fully booked. It must be quite popular in that area. Honestly, for a hotel nestled in the mountains to maintain such a high standard of environment, they're probably one of the only ones. I have to say, the food at the hotel's restaurant was good, especially the slow-cooked salted chicken. It was even better than what I had later at a highly-rated restaurant in the county. My only minor suggestion would be for the dishes to come out a little faster. 😎 The room design isn't entirely flat, so the views from rooms on higher levels might be even better (though the lower levels aren't far behind). The rooms come with a bathtub and a balcony, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a direct view of the mountains. It's truly delightful to feel so immersed in nature. Facilities and Services: There's a small convenience store within the resort that offers room delivery, which is a thoughtful touch. They also have a cafe and an infinity pool. If you plan on swimming, remember to bring your swimwear! There's also an open-air bakery where you can watch them bake bread. If you don't want to trek up and down, you can also buy from the cafe directly, and they'll send it up to you, offering more options. After all that, my final advice is to try to visit during off-peak times, because the value for money is absolutely fantastic!"

"The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Huaxiang Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. It is a newly opened hotel. All facilities are very new. The rooms are large and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The guy at the hotel front desk is very attentive and helped us get our luggage to the room. The hotel customer service manager proactively contacted us in advance to inform us of the hotel location. It was also free of charge. They upgraded our room for us. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very rich, including freshly made sesame cakes. The hotel restaurant also launched very cost-effective meals. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. "My stay at the Lishui International Exhibition Center Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, offered a great park view, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. A special shout-out to Xiaolin at the front desk; she was incredibly kind and attentive, making the check-in process swift and hassle-free. The hotel is next to Qibaiyang Park, providing a peaceful environment and excellent soundproofing. Free parking is a huge plus for those driving. It's the perfect spot for a short, relaxing break. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again!"
