A major plus is that reality perfectly reflects the presentation — the rooms look exactly like in the photos. As for the pool, contrary to some previous reviews, the water temperature is well balanced and perfectly suitable even for children. The restaurant sets the highest standards: an elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and great attention to detail, including the dietary intolerances we had mentioned. The dishes were refined and beautifully prepared — every choice was a true delight. A memorable experience that we will certainly repeat."

"Very nice, nobly furnished hotel. We stayed for one night in the 5-star room. It is large, with a huge bed, a balcony overlooking a rose garden and a huge 4K Smart TV. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and a Jacuzzi. The room - like the rest of the hotel - is very stylishly decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable that we thought about asking where to buy the pillows. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is centrally located but quiet on a side street. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away. Villa Alice is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back."

"Beautiful location, big rooms, interesting lounge room, huge breakfast. Not happy with room cleaning. Bed mattresses are to firm whilst the pillows not at all… All together, value for money balance it’s ok but the place is highly overated."
