"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad.
Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly.
Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night.
Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state.
The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly.
None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable.
The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair.
The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged.
Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."

"Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty.
On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating.
When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?)
Three areas for improvement:
1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty.
2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better.
3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!"

"The location is a bit out of the way, on the edge of Anning District, right next to a main road. It might get a bit noisy at night, but the soundproofing of the windows is quite good, and the air conditioning works very well. The bed is wide. The corresponding hot springs and swimming pool are definite pros; the pool is outdoors, and even in August, it can be a bit chilly at first. Secondly, the breakfast is very ordinary. You can tell the hotel had grand plans and designs initially, but perhaps they weren't fully realized later on. The room size is also very large, and while the decor and facilities feel a bit dated, the room itself feels relatively new. Objectively, it's worth the price, but it definitely doesn't feel like great value for money."

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed..."

"The room is clean and there is not much to do. The hot springs only open at two o'clock in the afternoon, while other hotels open the hot spring pools from 8 to 10 in the morning. Check in at night. The weather is cold in autumn, so no one goes to bathe at night. Moreover, the bathing pool is far away from the accommodation. A long way away, the service attitude was average and I didn't feel warm. I stayed for one night and wanted to go shopping around. I extended my stay the next day. Since I didn't have a room, I changed to another hotel. I checked in at ten in the morning and could soak in the hot springs. Advantages It's probably a lake view room."

"The hotel is located right on the shores of the Mantis River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and clean, and the shower water temperature and pressure are consistent. The hot spring water is so smooth and smooth that it truly lives up to its reputation as the ”world's best hot spring.”
The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues we raised were promptly and effectively addressed, making us feel right at home.
Of course, the hotel does have some minor shortcomings. For example, since hot springs involve drinking a lot of water, drinking water should be provided unlimitedly and not charged. Having stayed at so many hotels, it's rare to find one charging for drinking water beyond the hotel's capacity. I hope the hotel can improve on this. Overall, however, these minor issues didn't detract from my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

Guest UserVisitors from other parts of the country come here primarily to soak in the hot springs and see the sights, but convenient access and guaranteed dining options are crucial. A dedicated passenger bus (17 yuan) runs directly from Kunming Station to Anning Bus Station. From there, take Anning Bus No. 28 (2 yuan) to the bus stop across the street to the Hot Spring Square Bus Stop. From there, walk just over 200 meters to our restaurant. Breakfast is served in the banquet hall on the second floor of the Anning Hot Spring Conference Center. The breakfast is excellent, truly worthy of a star-rated hotel. It's crucial to choose a room that includes breakfast, as the area is surrounded by hotels and has few standalone restaurants, leaving you with limited breakfast options. Our restaurant's backyard boasts the ”World's No. 1 Hot Spring,” a hot spring with various options for consumption. Nearby attractions include the Hot Spring Cliff Carvings and several celebrity villas. Caoxi Temple and the Yunnan Buddhist Academy are approximately a 2-kilometer walk away.

The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this.

Others are OK, the price is not high without a bubble pool! When I bought it, I saw that there was a bubble pool in the picture. I didn't know that there was no bubble pool after I checked in. I didn't bother to change it!

PINThe environment is very good, sitting on the convenient location of tranquil hot spring. The address is not very easy to find, the hot spring does not open until early the next morning. Rice noodles for breakfast, the environment is very quiet~

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous, quickly processing check-in and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the common areas were kept very well-maintained. Compared to hotels in the same area and of similar standard, this one is very reasonably priced and offers excellent value for money – truly worth it.
