"Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days."

"easy to find - my Sranan took me straight there. I was unimpressed by check in clerk who seemed more keen to finish his cigarette than his job but the process was eventually concluded in a fairly quick and efficient manner. Difficult to find room in the dark but a couple of residents I met on the way round the pool helped. Great room, big with efficient AC. Big bathroom with lots of hot water etc. nice pool and pleasant to walk along the yacht marina at dusk and see bats in flight. Near to shop and good local restaurants (I walked to one at midnight on my first night so it’s a safe area. Local bus runs both ways from end of road. Free parking wit plenty of space when I was there- thoroughly recommended "

"I used to always use ********** for our family trips several times a year, but this time I tried Trip.com because the prices were better. However, the service at the Aloft Cancun hotel counter was rude and unpleasant due to a male staff member. I've stayed at various accommodations in different countries before and never felt such unpleasantness until now, here in Mexico. Yesterday, I couldn't wash my hair because the shampoo dispenser was empty. Today, after returning from a tour, the shampoo dispenser was still empty. I had to go down to the front desk with wet hair while showering to explain the situation. This was the first time something like this happened, so I was flustled. The female staff member today was much friendlier compared to the male staff member yesterday. I'm wondering if this is because I booked through Trip.com, or if the Aloft hotel's service itself is poor. I've booked my upcoming 3-night stay in Mexico City through **********, starting tomorrow. I want to compare the service. Also, the airport pickup service through Trip.com was a mess, so I canceled tomorrow's airport drop-off and booked an Uber instead. For this Mexico trip, I used Trip.com for airport pickup/drop-off, hotel bookings, and flight reservations. At least the flight reservation part was well-organized; they provided information like arrival times and gate numbers, which was the most satisfying aspect."

"This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, last time everything was much better, this time we got an old room, also adjoining, the manager said that he could not help with anything and could not change the room, as a result we had to wait until they fixed the balcony door because it did not close, there is no soundproofing, you can hear everything that happens in the next room and what happens in the corridor. This time the only pluses are the location, the pool."

"Amazing all inclusive - modern, clean and well appointed.  We had excellent service - there was always someone asking us for drink orders, dining service was fantastic.  The only thing was that they were doing work on their beach so it was noisy and disruptive.  Loved their organized activities too - exercise classes, archery, cacao ceremony.  Best of all, room service was included."

"The hotel is very central to the Palapas park and has good restaurant connections on the ground floor of the hotel complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Mayan atmosphere is a very elegant touch for tourists and I think that is a valuable attraction. The only thing that needs to be improved is the material in the rooms, such as a flat screen TV (without DTT mechanisms). Investment needs to be made to modernise the shower, bathroom and furniture."

"Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall! Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area. Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid"

Amazing
앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^ He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this? Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison. The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind. Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^ Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service. There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more. The private beach is also kept very clean. I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places. So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha. When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts. Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡

LLee ⭐️Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!

SSammyjake95The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. AAnonymous UserUpon check-in at 1 PM, the hotel initially tried to fob us off with a subpar room on the second floor. We had to wait until 3 PM to finally get a room on the sixth floor, only to find the entire floor under renovation with construction workers and materials filling the corridors. This was truly embarrassing for an InterContinental property. When we tried to change to a lagoon-facing room, several front desk staff members shirked responsibility and passed the buck. It took another hour for the lobby manager to finally offer us a spare room on the fourth floor. This hotel is riddled with issues and constant hassles. I strongly recommend avoiding it!

MMIYUKIWe made a reservation after reading reviews saying the Italian restaurant was delicious, but it turned out that the Italian restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive plan. However, the other food was also very good. We called to request drinks to be restocked in the fridge, but they never arrived. Although it was the low season, the pool was small and there were never any available seats. At night, there was live band music in the lobby, and we had a great time.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.  BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!   There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado  23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.  Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.

GGuest UserThe environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. The most worth living here is the high cost performance. The nearby hotels are several thousand. The key is whether you can accept the following shortcomings. The room facilities are very old. There is a locked wooden door connected to the next room, which is not soundproof at all. There are also balconies that are interconnected. The most annoying thing is the door lock of the room. Almost every time I go out and come back, the access card will fail, and then I have to swipe it again at the front desk. If you have just finished swimming, it takes a bit of courage to enter the air-conditioned room at the front desk in a wet swimsuit! I stayed for four or five days. Although there were cleaners to clean every day, they never changed the bath towels and sheets. Even if they were wet on the sink, they would be folded and put back on the towel rack without changing them! I saw the cleaning cart that the cleaners used every day. There were only detergents, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. on it. I only saw a small cart with a few change of cloths once. I guess they would only change them when it was really bad. The towels and bath towels were washed gray and frayed, and they were very old. I checked the sheets on the first day of check-in. There was no hair, but there was a black spot that was washed out. In addition, Ctrip booked a master suite for one day, but they did not change the small room with a balcony that was not soundproof. In addition, the male staff on the night shift at the front desk was not familiar with the business, so I paid 200 pesos more for the room and could not refund it because I had just finished swimming and the access card was invalid and I could not enter the room. I caught a cold from the extremely cold air conditioner at the front desk. Finally, the elevator was broken on the day of check-out, so I had to carry my suitcase down six floors by myself...

GGuest UserThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
