The wooden villa, originally built in 1991, was renovated and expanded in 2024. The living room/kitchen includes a sofa bed for two. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed for two. There is a bathroom with a shower, an electric sauna, and a separate WC. The spacious covered terrace, running the length of the house, faces the lake. The lakeside sauna was built in 1994 and renovated in 2024. The fireplace room has a refrigerator and a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping places during the summer. The sauna has a wood-burning stove and a water cauldron.
