In order to get my preferred room, I upgraded and paid 100 pesos which is unnecessary. 2nd, I get an upgraded room with visible hair strands, inside cupboards, floors like I found 5 strands of hairs and behind the TV. 3rd, inconsistency of hot and cold water when you take a shower. Bathroom needs attention to details in maintainance and cleanliness as well."

"Location was good, A/C was not that cold even if temperature was at the lowest The rate provides free breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 am.We arrived at the restaurant at about 8am, and the food was already very cold. Plain rice was hard, corned beef fat/oil has formed/hardened, fried fish and chicken nuggets were also hard and super cold. There was no more bread refill.They said quality was not there so they no longer have pandesal/bread. They used to have candles or they light a fire below their food containers or displays,but I guess not anymore."
