"The rooms are clean and up to standard, and the price is reasonable. The water pressure is strong, and there's ample parking. If you check in late, you might have to park a little further away, but it's not a big deal."

"The room was spacious with high ceilings and was quite clean. The TV had good reception. However, during summer, the air conditioning in some rooms struggled to cool down, or cooled very slowly. Some rooms felt like they had no refrigerant. At night, you had to be careful with mosquitoes when opening and closing the door. They took a 300 baht deposit per room, but if you paid with a 1000 baht note, they'd just take the whole 1000 baht as a deposit. The staff weren't very friendly and knew very little about the local area when asked. During my stay, the swimming pool was out of order; the water was green and unusable. Breakfast was a set menu of fried eggs and ham, which wasn't enough to fill me up. The accommodation isn't directly on the water as I had thought, but there's an area to walk to the waterfront with the hotel's own pavilion, which is a nice spot to appreciate nature. During my stay, one of our car tires went flat, but we received no assistance from the hotel and had to sort it out ourselves. I think this hotel needs significant improvement regarding the air conditioning and, most importantly, in understanding the essence of hospitality, to truly offer good value and leave a positive impression on guests. This is offered with good intentions."

"A great surprise to come across in TAK. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast is basic buffet with toast, spreads, fried rice, one curry, rice porridge and fresh fruit. The gardens are beautifully kept and the pool is a good size. The staff were so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond. A great hotel when transiting through Tak."
