"It was a very pleasant stay overall. However, I am a little disappointed or rather alarmed to see a snake on the tree house connected to the breakfast area. This tree house is being portrayed on the you-tube vlogs as something very beautiful, but in reality if filled with giant lizards and thin snakes on the roof-top. Please request the hotel authorities to clean-up this tree-top house and make it free from such reptiles. Else some tourists may get a sudden shock on suddenly spotting such creatures. One of the areas below the restaurant need to be fenced as there is a deep level in front of it. I do not have picture to display it. But it is a danger to children or elderly people, who have potential to fall from such height."

"There was a minor problem, and quite disappointing. I won't go into details because it's a long story. However, the service was excellent, the accommodation was clean, and the location is great. If you arrive after dark, you won't see much, just the cool air and peace and quiet. But in the evening, you can see the sunset with a thin layer of mist along the mountains, which is quite beautiful. It's different from my visit last year, which was beautiful both during the day and at night, with a wonderful atmosphere."
