Very convenient location. 5 mins walk to Shinagawa station. Direct Narita Express to airport and Shinkansen station. Plenty of nearby food options, like the Royal Hosts. Room size is just ok. Self service largely for check in, check out and luggage storage. Buffet breakfast can be long queue at peak hour. Huge breakfast room though.

The location of the hotel is very convenient; not too far from Mita Station which is direct from Haneda Airport and from Tamachi Station that connects to the rest of Tokyo. Check-in and check-out are done on the tablets on 2F and it's very quick. Our beds were in room 202 which is very big but we didn't hear the others much. However the vibrations of the subway are quite loud. The air conditioning is put very low. The bathroom has both toothbrushes and towels available. There is a washing machine (300¥ for a cycle) and a dryer (100¥/30min) but they only accept 100-yen coins. Wifi doesn't work in the basement floor although it's fine in the bedrooms.

We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the bed frame. However, it didn’t work. My wife who slept on that bed still felt great discomfort on her back. We raised the issue again and requested to replace the bed. They didn’t accommodate. They just added another bed cushion on that bed. The impact of course was minimal. To minimize the suffering , we had to take turn to sleep on that bed so that none will suffer for more than 2 days..that was very pathetic. We will not stay in this hotel again since it can’t even provide us a proper bed to sleep well. The staff could be more helpful in solving our issue.

Room is slightly bigger than other hotels. Location is only good if you are going to Haneda airport, other than that it is quite far from other place. (When we were there the train somehow have long delay during peak hour which increase travel time further from the central…..). This hotel is situation in exit A4 and only few minutes walk which is convient also. Lobby have coffee machine and breakfast is opposite the hotel just few mins walk.

This hotel is perfect for introverts! You can opt for just towel changes or schedule a light cleaning, choosing whether or not staff enter your room based on your preference – it's incredibly thoughtful. There's a coffee machine downstairs available anytime. The first floor has a restaurant, and breakfast is served there. While the selection isn't huge, it covers all the essentials, including both Western and Japanese options. The location is super convenient, highly recommended! It's just a 1-minute walk to the Toei Asakusa Line and a 5-minute walk to the JR Yamanote Line. NeWoman is right across the street, and there's a new JW Marriott there too. The value for money is outstanding; apart from the small room, everything else is just perfect!

This is a beautiful home style hotel that is unique, nice and interesting. Surroundings with the sea view and feel so comfortable to stay in, it has a feeling like going back to my own house. Feel relaxed , home, clean and spacious. It is like renting a house. The staffs are helpful and friendly, the bed is comfortable as well. I like it very much and will wish to visit this hotel again.

The 4 star hotel is located above an office space, from 14 to 16 floor if I recall correctly. You can see the views in the attached pics, but I only had video from the room so it is not depicted, although it's accurate in trip.com page. Room was small but smart so we had the space needed to not feel cramped, but there wasn't any extra space to roam. Minimal amenities, like 3 washing machines were in the 14th floor and vending machines at each floor. Breakfast was served in the main lobby (there is no other common space) and the same for afternoon drinks, which were complimentary ✨🫰! Generally very happy with the hotel but maybe needs some amenities improvements. Finally the location was very convenient for us going everywhere in about 39 minutes with yamanote line. Hope this helped 🤍

Right across from Omorikaigan Station on the Keikyu Line, this hotel is incredibly convenient. There's an Ito Yokado supermarket nearby with dining options upstairs, and a 24-hour Seiyu supermarket a bit further towards JR Omori Station, which offers amazing value. The hotel itself has a great design and decor, and the front desk staff are lovely, with some even speaking Chinese. It's also close to Haneda Airport. I really like it here and would definitely consider staying again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Enjoyed our stay here, steps from restaurant & bar street but not the noise. Short walk to oimachi station which is served by JR & Rinkai lines. We decided to try Rinkai & Tokyo monorail for our ride back to Haneda airport and it was very good. Escalators lifts and comfortable train with designated space for luggage’s. R2 itself has nothing to complain about. We could sleep comfortably for 3 of us, using a sofa bed and the single & double bed. There were 2 sofa beds in our unit. The washer/dryer is definitely a life saver and they provided the detergent too which is really nice! Mini kitchen has a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, cutlery. The bath tub which can auto fill was also well loved by my kids. Highly recommend this accommodation for families requiring space.

Super convenient! Took the JR to Shinagawa Seaside Station, and as soon as I exited, I spotted a Lawson. Just before reaching Lawson, I turned left at the intersection (there's a sign), and then I could take the elevator up to the hotel. Went to the lobby first to check in. The weather wasn't great, and I didn't have time to explore the area, but there's a Lawson, a 7-Eleven, and an Aeon nearby, so it's very convenient overall. Really satisfied with everything! Especially since it's in Tokyo, the value for money is excellent!

A Stay That Feels Like Coming Home – My Honest Review 1. Prime Location, Peaceful Setting Tucked just a short stroll from Shinagawa Station, this guesthouse is brilliantly located for exploring Tokyo. Despite being so close to a major transport hub, the neighborhood is remarkably quiet and residential. Finding the place was a breeze – clear instructions and a distinctive exterior made it instantly recognizable. 2. Thoughtful, Characterful Interior Design This is no cookie-cutter hostel. The owner has poured genuine creativity into every corner – vintage posters, handmade handpicked furniture, and an artsy blend of retro and modern elements. I booked a single bed this time, but unlike the typical 10-square-meter hotel boxes in Tokyo, my space felt genuinely roomy. I could stretch out, lay open my suitcase, and still have floor space to do morning stretches – a rare luxury for solo travelers. 3. Fully Equipped – With Surprising Extras The amenities go way beyond basics. A full kitchen with cookware, a washing machine. But the real delight? The owner’s personal toy collection scattered around – retro figures, board games, and quirky knickknacks to tinker with. And the crown jewel: a vintage record player with a curated vinyl selection, plus a compact DJ setup. I spent one evening spinning tracks with the host personal collections – an unforgettable Tokyo memory. 4. The Host – Warm, Witty, and Genuinely Sociable The owner is the heart of this place. They greet every guest like an old friend, share honest food recommendations for the local alleyways (I tried three of his tips – all phenomenal), and even bring their little dog down to the common area in some evenings. We’d gather around, sip drinks, chat about life, and laugh at their stories. It’s that rare blend of hospitality and authenticity that you can’t book – it just happens. Who Would Love This Place? Solo adventurers who crave connection but value their own space. Digital nomads needing room to work and relax. Music lovers, design nerds, and anyone tired of sterile hotel chains. If you’re traveling alone in Japan and actually want to make friends – over a shared meal, a vinyl crackle, or a dog’s gentle nudge – this is your spot. Highly, highly recommended.

Nice hotel small rooms but I wished they would have the option of cleaning the rooms and making the beds daily. It’s a rather inconvenient option to only have the rooms cleaned every 4 days. They only give new towels everyday and we have to clear our own rubbish and towels and put it outside the rooms. The breakfast although free wasn’t at all to my liking. Below mediocre and I believe they could do better.
