Guest UserA very cozy house in the very center of Bangkok, with a quiet and quiet street. Inside there is absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Feel like a home! It feels that the hosts have thought about every detail and really care about their guests. There is a very pleasant, home atmosphere in which you want to return again. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who seeks comfort and calm in the heart of the city.

Guest UserBeautiful homestay in an old thai house owned by a thai family. The guest is the kindest and super helpful. I had a private room and it was very cozy. Being a traditional wooden house of course there is not much insulation, so you can hear others' steps or sneeze. Not much of a problem for me anyway. Breakfast was delicious, everyday we had a different fullfilling meal made of fruit, rice with egg and meat or thai soup. Location is close to the old Bangkok area, a bit of walking to the metro station but you can grab easily. Keep in mind it is located in a very narrow street in proximity of the canal, hence it can look a bit sketchy at first sight. Note, I'm a solo female traveller and had absolutely no issue and never felt in danger, the place is populated by locals living in the neighbourhood and plenty of cute cats!

It was a pleasant stay. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the room, especially the bathroom, was very clean. We went to Cambodia for three days and returned to Bangkok, and we booked this hotel again

ОпоссумыGreat location, everything is nearby: temples, an exhibition center, a modern art gallery, a small shopping mall, a river, plenty of cafes, and a cozy coffee shop. It's pretty quiet, and the staff is responsive and friendly. Our room had a king-size bed and a single bed. There were three of us, but only enough blankets for the number of beds. They asked for 100 baht for an extra blanket (and we're not a couple, so that was a bit odd). The photo shows a beautiful free temple nearby.

KohhhanOverall, it's a good hostel – clean and safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
The downsides are the number and size of the lockers. If you're lucky, you get a decent-sized locker where you can stash your backpack; if not, you're limited to a small bag. However, in the whole week I was there, I never saw any issues, even though many people just left their suitcases/backpacks in the common area.
There are only a couple of power outlets in the common area, located near a table that's uncomfortable to sit at. Thankfully, there are a couple of tables with outlets in the rooms. But it's unlikely you'll be able to work comfortably here. I'd only consider this hostel for sleeping.
The location is excellent, especially if it's your first time in Bangkok.

Guest User“I really loved the bed at the hotel where I stayed. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were attentive, and the ventilation worked well. The only thing is that it’s located near the Old Town. So, if you want to stay surrounded by skyscrapers, this is the wrong location. But if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, it’s a great location.

Great front desk staff, quite kind, 24 hour service is available at any time. They would recommend suitable trips and provide a lot of information.
You can borrow a hairdryer and so on. You can treat travelers fairly kindly.

This is the first guesthouse I've encountered like this out of 20 hotels during my two-month trip through Thailand. The room amenities consist of a plastic chair and a noisy fan with clanking blades. After 5 PM, the reception closes, and you can't even leave the huge key (you're forced to carry it with you). The only positives I can mention are the location, its proximity to Khao San Road and the surrounding alleys, as well as the canal piers and the river pier. Pay an extra 300 rubles, and you'll at least get a fridge and air conditioning. I do not recommend this place.
