"This is our first ryokan. Overall, the experience is excellent!!! A truly wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is fresh seafood, rice, and local soups. It's not that it's not delicious. It is. There's plenty of it, but after the third meal like this, you'll be craving something with pasta. :)))) The room was cleaned every day. There's a shuttle to the train station. The view from the window is beautiful. Overall, it's a peaceful place for relaxing your body and soul!!! Below are photos of the hotel and surrounding areas."

"We had dinner with my son, his wife, and my grandson at the attached Japanese restaurant, "Ayu no Sho," and then stayed overnight. Initially, it was planned for four people to stay - my son, his wife, my wife, and myself - but on the day itself my son had to go home for work, so it was just my wife, my wife, and myself staying, but they gladly accepted the change. Dinner was supposed to be for five people, but only three people stayed, and the number of guests changed on the day - it was an unusual arrangement, but everything went smoothly. The Japanese-style inn had a spacious lobby and lounge, and the furnishings and artwork placed here and there were heavy and luxurious. Above all, it was immaculately clean, and there was not a speck of dust on the furnishings in the lobbies on each floor. The inn's thoughtfulness was evident. It was a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much."

"The hotel was unforgettable. Even the most basic set meal we chose for our one-night stay with two meals was surprisingly delicious. Enjoying the all-you-can-eat breakfast through floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by a snowy courtyard view, was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The breakfast side dishes and rice were varied, and the Toyama specialties were definitely worth trying. The presentation was exquisite, almost too beautiful to eat – everything was thoughtfully crafted. We didn't book a private bath because the view from the public bath was even more stunning! There were very few guests, making the snow-covered onsen (hot spring) a must-try! As it's a secluded paradise, be prepared for limited English from the staff; bring a translation app – everything will be fine, and the staff will be very helpful! If you're planning a cruise on the Shokawa Gorge, don't miss this hotel!"

"I arrived in Tonami on a solo motorcycle trip. I called ahead to check on parking space and was told there was a covered space available. When I arrived at the hotel that day, the front desk staff checked on me, greeted me at the entrance, and guided me to the parking space. After checking in, I was very satisfied with the extremely courteous service. I was staying here to watch an away game of the B.League basketball league, and I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the interchange, ample parking space, and clean and comfortable room."

Just remember that if you want to have the hotel's most famous hot spring mud SP, you must make a reservation when booking the room, otherwise you will not be able to have it when you arrive."

"We had dinner with our family at the neighboring sweetfish restaurant "Ayu no Sho" and then stayed overnight. It has the feel of a traditional Japanese inn, but the lobby is spacious and we were able to relax in the lounge. The furniture and furnishings throughout the hotel are luxurious, but above all, it was well-cleaned and not a speck of dust was on the ground. We had a sudden change in the number of guests staying, and we were grateful that they were so accommodating. The Japanese breakfast was also luxurious and delicious."
