"The value for money is terrible. The bathroom isn't even included in the price. The shower in the room has such low water pressure that it's practically impossible to wash your hair. The fireplaces in the restaurant and bar were constantly lit, fueled by natural gas, despite the hotel having a "sustainability" award. The low point of our stay was when the waitress in the restaurant kitchen gossiped about us so loudly that all the guests, including ourselves, could hear. On our last day, the reception staff forgot to give us the credit for opting out of the mid-stay room cleaning. All in all, it was the most disappointing hotel stay we've ever had!"

"This accommodation offers basic very clean accommodation at a reasonable price. The lowest priced rooms are small with a mini sized bathroom, although they have a very good shower with plenty of hot water. Beyond a small breakfast area the hotel doesn't really offer anything else. It is situated out of town in a pleasant commercial area, but offers easy access to very regular and cheap buses to many lovely destinations."

"We found ourselves in Toulon in dramatic circumstances for our family. We needed accommodations close to the hospital, for an unspecified number of days. We found Hugo, an exceptional young man at the reception desk—kind, proactive, and professional—who introduced us to the manager, M. Rousselle. The manager was immediately understanding and available to accommodate our ever-changing requests. The hotel is new, well-designed, and well-organized. It's very conveniently located near the train station, but you can't hear it at night. There's underground parking. The room, tastefully and functionally furnished, has a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own meals for over two weeks (essential in our situation). The shower is very spacious. The laundry room (washing machine for €4 with detergent included and dryer for €2, both of which work perfectly) allowed us to wash and dry our clothes in just over an hour on several occasions. Le Hub Privilodges is a "young" hotel, and all the staff are smiling and helpful. But especially M. Rousselle and Hugo are top notch! We recommend it 100%."
