"This is the first time I have encountered such service. The hotel was obviously overbooked. When we arrived, they told us there were no rooms. They temporarily arranged for us to go to another hotel, and they lied to us that it was very close. In the end, it took more than 40 minutes. We were also not told that the alternative hotel was reserved by a wedding and had no services or facilities and was very noisy all night. The only thing to be thankful for is Ctrip's ability to handle problems!"

"This accommodation offers basic very clean accommodation at a reasonable price. The lowest priced rooms are small with a mini sized bathroom, although they have a very good shower with plenty of hot water. Beyond a small breakfast area the hotel doesn't really offer anything else. It is situated out of town in a pleasant commercial area, but offers easy access to very regular and cheap buses to many lovely destinations."

The room was littered with debris, hair, and even nails on the floor, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness. Upon immediately notifying the receptionist, they acknowledged the issue and attempted to rectify it by providing basic cleaning supplies. However, given the unacceptable state of the room, I requested either a cancellation of my reservation or an alternative room. The hotel staff relocated me to another room, yet upon inspection, it became evident that this room lacked basic amenities such as towels."
