"A night with my dog ​​(8€ for the dog in a 4-star hotel, which is fantastic when you know some can charge up to 50€!!). I arrived a little earlier than expected (before 4 pm), and the staff did everything they could to get me my room quickly 👍. Off to the beach, just 20 meters from the hotel 👍. It's a shame there's no private beach (the beach in front of the hotel is a bit narrow, which is why there aren't any sun loungers...). Given the crowds, I initially thought it would be a bit of a nightmare 😅. In the end, it wasn't too much of a problem because the hotel and the pool loungers are really close. A peaceful night facing the sea, lulled by the sound of the waves, in a spacious room with a dreamy bed. A swim in the sea when I woke up (a superb beach when it's not crowded). 🤩👌 Breakfast on the hotel's beautiful tree-shaded terrace (I didn't like the scrambled eggs and breakfast was good, but nothing special; I wouldn't say extraordinary for €28...). However, the setting is idyllic 🤩🌊🌴 A quick visit to the spa, a lovely place (unfortunately the jacuzzi and hammam were closed, not too much of a problem this time of year...). It's included in the room price 👍 A relaxing time at the pool, very pleasant in the morning, though a bit crowded on the afternoon of August 17th (it could use a little more space, but there's a sea view while swimming 🤩). Towels are provided for every activity: beach, pool, etc. Perfect! The staff is generally pleasant and attentive 😊 In short, an excellent short stay."

"From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel did not meet basic expectations. A vase of flowers on the front desk sat in dirty water, the lobby was cramped and uncomfortably hot, and the front desk staff were visibly sweating—an early red flag. After receiving our room keys, we walked through an equally stifling hallway and discovered there was no air conditioning in any of our rooms. We soon learned that the entire hotel's A/C system was down, making the stay nearly unbearable in the heat. The pool setup was confusing and inconvenient. Although the pool was located on the first floor and had a nearby door, guests were required to access it from the second floor and walk down stairs. Even more concerning, the bartender was so overheated that he served drinks shirtless—an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience for guests. Our group, part of a culinary tour, had reserved seven rooms. Within two hours of checking in, we informed the front desk that the conditions were unacceptable and that we would not be staying. We requested a refund, but were denied, as the hotel manager claimed that everything was “just fine.” Overall, this was a frustrating, uncomfortable, and disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel to others."
