"Well-presented, good quality hotel situated right close to the centre of Vichy but in a peaceful location just away from the main hub of shops, bars & restaurants on one side and the parks/Allier river on the other. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast. Some car parking is available in the hotel’s own underground garage which is useful given it’s at an absolute premium elsewehere in Vichy. It’s easy to see why this hotel is ranked number one in Vichy and can highly recommend."

"This hotel unfortunately is dated and does not appear clean the carpets are all dirty and in the room was very heavily stained and would appear to have been cleaned with bleach when we arrived we noticed dirty cups with dried coffee and cigarette ends on the balcony when reported to reception we were told that as no cleaning staff were available they would not it and have it cleaned the next morning On our second day a decorative throw appeared on the bed and fancy pillows which makes me think the room was not cleaned prepared before we arrived as on the last day packets of soap was left Be very careful with the shower as there is a very deep step out of the shower and is very slippery the bathroom is very modern a pity the rest of the hotel and bedrooms don’t follow the same modernisation There is a constant hum from six motors under the bedroom windows Breakfast is basic no fruit and when items are gone they are not refilled breakfast is also over priced This hotel needs a complete make over and staff need to be more friendly"

"Secure Parking 10 m from the hotel main entrance extremely easy to find. Check-in was extremely smooth with a very warm welcome from the lady behind reception. Bedroom and bathroom are not particularly great the bathroom being extremely small claustrophobic and not very clean. Hotel location is extremely good. We had our evening meal in the main restaurant on the second night, the service was excellent and the food presentation and quality were also extremely good. Check out a little bit difficult as we were charged for four breakfasts which we had not had. This took a little bit of time to have removed from our bill. Overall was a pleasant weekend, but I would not stay at the hotel again."
