"One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the welcome to the au revoir it was as near perfect as you could imagine. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel throughout is beautifully designed, elegant and well appointed, and set in equally beautiful gardens. Finally the food is delicious, beautifully [again!] presented and served. A special mention should be made of the breakfast for elegance and quality. It is worth staying at La Pyramide just for the sake of being there - though Vienne and the proximity to Lyons is a plus!"

"It's conveniently located just a few minutes from Vienne station and close to a supermarket. The only downside was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. I was grateful that there was a microwave and drinking water in the lobby. All the staff were very kind."
