"I found this lovely B&B on line and decided to try it reading all the good reviews. I traveled by myself from Mass to see my son play hockey at UMaine. The Winterport B&B is approximately 25 minutes to the college and was much more affordable than the hotels in Bangor. Ann, the owner of the Inn made me feel very comfortable and suggested some great places to visit during my stay. My room was very clean and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!!"

"I took my brother and sister in law to the Tavern for lunch for his birthday, and I was so much more pleasantly surprised than I can say. The owner Arnaud is so welcoming, and sincere about it... Our waitress Kim was so much fun and professional... The food was perfect..as in French perfect with a twist..... We had baked oysters and a bowl of mussels, a version of a Haddock Reuben, Caesar Salad, dessert and cocktails. They have entertainment in the evening and I cannot wait to go back for dinner. Worth every penny and more. They all came out to sing Happy Birthday to my brother. I am writing while I still feel the joy of being there. My new favorite place. Thank you."
