"The cleanliness was terrible. The previous Korean 🇰🇷 guest's trash hadn't been taken out, and there was a Korean face mask bag in it, which really made me nauseous. The hostess's service attitude was not very friendly and quite aggressive. She asked if we wanted to eat the day before, but didn't agree on the price in advance, and only demanded payment upon check-out. The location is very difficult and dangerous, on a cliffside path. Not recommended for those with a lot of luggage, as you still have to walk a long mountain road after getting off the car. The scenery is beautiful, but there's nothing to buy nearby."

"My experience in punatsangchu cottages was very good. Rooms were spacious ,neat and clean with balcony with a breathtaking river view. Service was good. Food was also good . Lots of space for evening walks in a beautiful surrounding."
