"I have bad social anxiety around strange places however upon arriving at the travel lodge in warminster the reception staff member carrie was very reassuring kind and compassionate and listened to my concerns in a patient and professional manner. She made me feel at ease and in Avery efficient manner explained everything in apolite and respectful way....the room itself was immaculate and I was taken aback at how much value i was provided for the money I had payed. "Room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast due to no staff. House keeper bless him was apologetic, but said they were short staffed and manager would be a while. Other customers left, after a long wait we finally managed to speak to manager, who was really not bothered about loosing customers, very disappointing customer service."
