"It happened that my child was having a birthday when I arrived at the hotel. I thought the hotel would just simply decorate with balloons, but I didn't expect the hotel to be so sincere that they not only decorated balloons but also provided tea breaks and a big cake! They also helped the elderly who were traveling with us upgrade their rooms! Both adults and children had a lot of fun, and I will come again next time!"

Xinhong Hotel ★★

📍 No. 189 Lancao Street, Yanling Town, Weiyuan

"The standard business room with window on the 2nd floor that I booked based on incorrect information from Ctrip was actually a restaurant. The room I moved to the 8th floor had poor facilities and poor sanitary conditions. It didn’t look like it was renovated in 1919. There was a KTV downstairs in the hotel, and I could hear the sound and fall asleep at 3 a.m. I couldn't sleep at all. The front desk has poor professionalism and low service ability. I called in advance to ask if I could park the car. The front desk said that the parking lot was full and I needed to find a parking place by myself. When I asked her where I could park, she said she didn't know. When I checked in, the front desk kept asking. He also used personal standards to make things difficult for guests, which was more stringent than the public security bureau's interrogation. After the guest's mood was affected, he got angry many times and told the guest many times that he could check out if he didn't want to stay."

Weiyuan Jinjiang Hotel ★★★★★
"I always stay here when I return to Weiyuan. The environment and cleanliness are usually okay, but this time I was extremely dissatisfied. The main reason was that the temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius on the day of my check-in, and it was even lower at night. When I returned to my room to rest, the room temperature was a whopping 29 degrees Celsius. I can understand that the hotel room lacks cross-ventilation, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature, but after half an hour, it was still 29 degrees Celsius. The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?). I was sweating profusely and couldn't fall asleep. The front desk brought a fan, but I couldn't sleep without it. However, I caught a cold the next day. I didn't even want to leave a review, but it hasn't gotten better. My throat is so sore that I can't speak or eat. I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?"

Howard Johnson Lake Serenity Hot Springs Hotel Neijiang ★★★★★
"Facilities: Parking is inconvenient, and you have to take a shuttle bus. The hot spring pool is OK, and the children like it. You can fish in the lake area in front of the hotel, but unfortunately I only caught one fish. Service: The room type was upgraded for free, and there is a terrace outside. I was given a ticket to the Shiban River and played in the water for an afternoon. The mattress is comfortable and the breakfast is rich."
