"This hotel actually has a KTV, and they were blasting music all night long. Who can sleep like that? Seriously, I'm speechless. If it's a special offer room, they should clearly state that it's on a low floor and you can hear the KTV. That way, people can choose – if they accept it, they get the lower price; if not, they pay the full price. Instead, they trick you into booking and then put you right above the KTV. This is supposed to be one of the better hotels in Weiyuan, but I never expected there to be a KTV right downstairs, and it's even *inside* the hotel!"

"The standard business room with window on the 2nd floor that I booked based on incorrect information from Ctrip was actually a restaurant. The room I moved to the 8th floor had poor facilities and poor sanitary conditions. It didn’t look like it was renovated in 1919. There was a KTV downstairs in the hotel, and I could hear the sound and fall asleep at 3 a.m. I couldn't sleep at all. The front desk has poor professionalism and low service ability. I called in advance to ask if I could park the car. The front desk said that the parking lot was full and I needed to find a parking place by myself. When I asked her where I could park, she said she didn't know. When I checked in, the front desk kept asking. He also used personal standards to make things difficult for guests, which was more stringent than the public security bureau's interrogation. After the guest's mood was affected, he got angry many times and told the guest many times that he could check out if he didn't want to stay."

"I always stay here when I return to Weiyuan. The environment and cleanliness are usually okay, but this time I was extremely dissatisfied. The main reason was that the temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius on the day of my check-in, and it was even lower at night. When I returned to my room to rest, the room temperature was a whopping 29 degrees Celsius. I can understand that the hotel room lacks cross-ventilation, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature, but after half an hour, it was still 29 degrees Celsius. The main unit wasn't even turned on! The front desk explained that a guest said they were cold, so they turned off the main unit (do you believe that?). I was sweating profusely and couldn't fall asleep. The front desk brought a fan, but I couldn't sleep without it. However, I caught a cold the next day. I didn't even want to leave a review, but it hasn't gotten better. My throat is so sore that I can't speak or eat. I really can't help but ask: as the most expensive hotel in the area, isn't turning on the central air conditioning main unit a basic requirement for any hotel?"
