"I booked this hotel through *********** for june25 and got the week mixed up. The hotel flatly REFUSED to move the date to the week before stating the *********** was non refundable and they would not change dates and that is that. I would be very wary of a hotelier business that has such poor customer service and stay very far away from here. I would not stay at this hotel for any money, their attitude towards customers is absolutely abysmal."

We were out cycling and received immediate and uncomplicated help with our unstable bike rack from the hotel owner himself! He also quickly brought a replacement TV to our room. The owners were very accommodating and answered questions about the area."

"This is a guesthouse and restaurant run by a mother and daughter from Ukraine. The mother doesn't speak English, so the daughter handles all communication. There are a total of 5 rooms, and the numerous doors and stairs make it easy to get lost if you have a bad memory. The prices seem higher because it's close to the booking date, and the restaurant stays open very late; many locals are drinking there. Breakfast is available at a place across the street with bread, which is also decent. The only downside is that the sign and location are extremely difficult to find. I wandered around for over 10 minutes after finding it on GPS, finally finding it by asking a local. The name looks like Latin, which I couldn't read at all. They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste; you have to bring your own. There's a coffee machine, but I don't drink coffee. There are two single beds, which feel like one large bed, though I'm just drawing a line. A little further down the path are a church and a castle; the bells ring in the morning, so those with sensitive sleep should be cautious. Wiltheim Castle is quite beautiful, but you need to pay attention to its opening hours."

"The receptionist was very friendly + I liked that she smiled unlike other German hotels. There was no free shampoo in the refrigerator or electric kettle. There was one plastic hair cap that could be used for shampoo and body cleanser. There was no outside noise blocking. There were 4 hangers. There was facial tissue. There was a small safe. I could hear coughs between rooms. There was no noise blocking. It was just right for a one-night stay."

"The hotel is located directly opposite Bronnbach Monastery. It is tastefully decorated, and everything is very clean and tidy. The room is spacious and lovely. The mattresses are excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is perfectly adequate in size, and the shower is very good. Again, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with something for everyone. Dinner is of excellent quality and taste. The food is prepared with great care and attention to detail. The portions are also quite generous. The entire team at the hotel and in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive. It's a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. This is a fantastic team."
