"Hotel Triskel is a charming little pensión in the centre of of Javea old town (Xabia). The hotel is old but Shy, the manager keeps the place spotless and simply cannot do enough for you. She seems to be there whenever you need her, even when I took a wrong turn on a walk on in the Santa Lucia reserve on the other side of town! I was staying on my own and visiting friends in the Playa l'Arenal so having someone to tell me where to go for breakfast and what was happening in the old town was really helpful. Also giving me tips for the best way to ride my hire e-bike to the beach to avoid the busy roads. The central market is incredible, and literally 10 steps from the hotel's front door. It's great for lazy tapas lunches, quick morning coffees/breakfast and stocking up on authentic Spanish produce. Thank you Shy I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and your presence was a large part of that."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and really loved the hotel . Arrived late evening. Received a call from Jaime on way down to make sure we were still coming . Asked if we wanted to eat , and said he would keep the kitchen open to accommodate. Jaime welcomed us and his enthusiasm for the Nomad is amazing . Dropped bags then had a fantastic meal . The hotel decor is really cool and well thought out . Sea view rooms are worth it just for the view !!….Staff are so polite and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I was with my partner and I have to say that we were greatly disappointed, it is not what we expected for a hotel of this category well, let's start with noisy rooms, terrible cleaning, works next to the room, food, TO say something there was not almost nothing in the restaurant, poor breakfast, old pool towels and those in the room smelled bad, the Spa not working for 3 days, fatal and depressed and deceived with 4 advertising photos that do not correspond to reality. The broken shower.. .."

"We've been going to this place for several years and I definitely don't think we'll be back. This year everything was terrible... I was traveling with a baby and asked for an accessible area... well, seven steps with a stroller, suitcases, and a baby in my arms to access it. As soon as we entered, a box of lights covered with insulating tape, which didn't inspire any confidence. I went to tell reception and offered the possibility of changing so I wouldn't have to carry the stroller every time we went out. They told me they had brand new apartments, unused (I went with her to see them and they really were incredible), but they'd send me to the maintenance guy to see what we should do with it. After a while, I went to see what they'd been told, and in their exact words... the maintenance guy said it's been like this for a year, that winter's over, and nothing's wrong... from what they knew, they rented out the apartment with that broken, and even having new ones, they give you the old one. The girl at reception is truly lovely, but I find it pathetic that even though they have new ones, they decide to rent out this type of apartment. The phone doesn't work, the closet doesn't close because it opens, I think the dishwasher dates back to my grandmother's time... Truly awful. Never again."

"The Beach House is located in the port area of Javea, a lovely part of town with a relaxed vibe. Our stay was Sept 11-15 and the weather could not have been better. We had to go to the hotel for access to our room and the staff was courteous, helpful and professional at all times. The room was on the small side but for two people it was all we really needed. Our window opened to an inviting view of the sea setting the tone for our stay. The room was clean and bathroom adequate. Plenty of restaurants and stores dot the area and there is even a cinema! If ever in Javea again I would definitely stay at the Beach House again."
