Sea view room This hotel is away from the city centre, it’s has incredible views of the bay. Staff very attentive even offering their personal WeChat to assist with potential issues as it was busy period for the hotel. Breakfast buffet- very extensive, noodles station, egg station, lots of variety, breads, soups, pastries, to local delicacy. Hotel is 5 star rating but several areas needed TLC especially faded walls, cables poking out and shower facilities in the changing rooms in the gym in need of upgrade. Rooms are very large, with bath tub, separate toilet and shower unit, wardrobe and luggage storage at the side of the door. King Fu tea set, 4 bottles of mineral water, 24 hour restaurant, cafe and small convenience shop attached to the hotel. Local eateries are about 10 minute walk away.

It's so beautiful, the room is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, the people are beautiful, mainly the most beautiful mood. Come back next time, I also recommend the majority of friends to live here! Comfortable, clean and tidy rooms, warm butler service, parking in the basement, food downstairs, takeaway can also be delivered to the door, it is really super convenient to live here.

It's incredibly comfortable and offers great value for money. It feels very safe, with security personnel patrolling. Although it's a bit far out, it's still very convenient; the Haicang district is beautifully developed with lovely scenery, and shared electric scooters are readily available on the map. The hotel's environment and hygiene are super clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptionally good, and the value for money is outstanding—highly recommended!

The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

The whole stay was very comfortable: the front desk lady and the little brother service was superb, no matter what the consultation was, the attitude was particularly good; the cleaning aunt was particularly enthusiastic, and the toiletries and paper towels needed to be supplemented were very good. The hotel location is good, near the bridge leading to Xiamen Island, the room was spacious, clean, and equipped but it has a little smell of cigarettes although I requested a no cigarettes room. The breakfast was OK and tasty. The swimming pool and gym were also nice and not packed. Overall its is good choice for a stay in Xiamen!!

Because there are too many people on holidays, it is difficult to take a taxi on the island, and Gulangyu is also difficult to make an appointment. Xiamen is fortunate to choose to live in Tongyu Wharf during the New Year. It is very convenient to go to the island and Gulangyu by boat. The front desk service is also very good, very warm!
