The room was clean and tidy, and the soft, comfortable bedding provided immense relaxation for my body and mind. The soundproofing was excellent; I haven't had such a good night's sleep in a long time! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any needs. The overall ambiance is cozy and comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely be back again, highly recommended!

We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests. Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. Strong Amway this treasure hotel! The whole stay was very comfortable: the front desk lady and the little brother service was superb, no matter what the consultation was, the attitude was particularly good; the cleaning aunt was particularly enthusiastic, and the toiletries and paper towels needed to be supplemented were very good. The quality of the bed in the room was great and I slept very well. What is more surprising is that the hotel is close to Gulangyu Island and the bus terminal next to it is super convenient to travel. This experience is matched with this price, and the price/performance ratio is really full.

The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

Because there are too many people on holidays, it is difficult to take a taxi on the island, and Gulangyu is also difficult to make an appointment. Xiamen is fortunate to choose to live in Tongyu Wharf during the New Year. It is very convenient to go to the island and Gulangyu by boat. The front desk service is also very good, very warm! Our room boasted an expansive sea view. All rooms are generously sized at over 40 square meters. Before our check-in, Jacey from the executive lounge proactively called to inquire about our preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. She even granted us executive lounge access and complimentary breakfast. In the evening, we had a lot of fun making our own cocktails, and under Jacey's guidance, they turned out consistently great. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, and the fitness center is fully equipped.
