Hotels in Qinghai Tibetan Culture Museum/Wanda Plaza, Xining

As someone who travels for business frequently and stays in many hotels, I was initially worried about the check-in process for a corporate booking, but to my surprise, the front desk handled it very smoothly without any complicated procedures. The self-service breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and they refilled dishes promptly, allowing me to enjoy a substantial meal even when I was in a rush. The hotel offers free parking, just a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, even helping me print documents. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire room thoroughly cleaned. The room had great natural light, was spacious, and the mattress was just right – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in efficiently and quickly. Their service was thoughtful and discreet, without being intrusive. The facilities were in perfect condition, the internet speed was fast, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well designed. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. For its price range, it offers outstanding value for money. I truly felt at home. I've saved this place and will definitely choose it again next time I visit. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The room was pretty good, but it seemed like a lot of tour groups checked in very late at night, making it incredibly noisy. The laundry room experience was also very poor; there was only one washing machine, which was nowhere near enough, and no one assigned to assist with laundry. Plus, the phone in my room was broken – completely unresponsive. I wanted to ask for something late at night but didn't want to go downstairs, so I just gave up. However, the breakfast was quite abundant, and the restaurant area was spacious.

I frequently stay here, and the environment is quite nice, and the feel is generally good. However, the hygiene has been getting worse. Regarding facilities, the washing machine isn't very efficient. The hot water supply is plentiful, which is great, and it doesn't seem to be from a water heater. Plus, the scenery here is beautiful, which is a big plus.

My overall stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere and incredibly soft bedding, making for a super comfortable stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, all made with fresh ingredients. The front desk and housekeeping staff were consistently warm, polite, efficient, and attentive to all our needs, responding quickly to any requests. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

Clean and hygienic, the room is spacious and bright compared to a three-star hotel. The environment is quiet, the sunny room arranged at the front desk, there is no heating this season, and the sunny room is also very warm. The new store opened and breakfast was delivered intimately. Very good, recommended.

Checked in during the early hours of May 1st. The parking lot was easy to find, right next to Wanda Plaza. However, the main entrance to the front desk was closed, so I had to follow a delivery guy around to the back to get in. They really should coordinate with property management about closing the entrance at night. The front desk staff was very competent and responsive to requests. Room soundproofing, blackout curtains, and cleanliness were all excellent. The issue with the cold water in the room was also quickly resolved. Overall, this was one of the most satisfying hotels I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest.

The experience of this e-sports hotel exceeded expectations, the computer configuration is very high, the high-end graphics card is matched with 2K high swipe screen, the whole process of running large games is silky and no carding, the gigabit network delay is very low, and the group battle is particularly stable. The e-sports chair supports very well, and it will not be sore when sitting for a long time. The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the sound insulation effect was excellent, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the price was full, and the friend was the first choice, and I would come again next time.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. It's right next to a Wanda Plaza. The rooms and facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. It's especially quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, so I, who have trouble sleeping, decided to extend my stay. Parking is on the street downstairs, and because we arrived late and couldn't find a spot, the owner came down twice to help, moving his own car for us. The owner and front desk staff were very kind. 👍 There's also a large convenience store on the first floor with a full range of daily necessities. The beef and lamb in Xining are amazing! Before leaving, we bought some, and the owner kindly froze it in the hotel's freezer for us to take home the next day. We were very grateful. Speaking of food, there's a night market downstairs that stays open very late. We arrived late that day and ate there. We found a small shop called ”Harbin Mala Tang” and ordered clay pot rice noodles and Mala Tang, both of which were delicious and inexpensive. My daughter said it was better than Zhang Liang's. While eating, we heard a story: a delivery guy accidentally spilled some food while delivering to their shop, so he went back and bought a replacement to compensate the customer. The owner of this small mala tang (spicy hot pot) shop told the delivery driver, ”If this happens again, just tell me. I can forgo the money the shop makes, saving you a few yuan. You only earn so little in this sweltering heat...” Wishing this little shop booming business! I think Xining must be a warm city, where we encounter one heartwarming scene after another. This was just a brief stopover, but I'll definitely make a special trip back next time...

The room is quite big, typical apartment style, independent balcony is very suitable for looking out the window. The location is a bit biased, eating is slightly inconvenient, you need to go to the gate of the community about 1 km. The room hygiene is not very good, there are dead ends, but overall it is good.
