The room is very large, comfortable and beautiful (the front desk seems to have upgraded the room) The facilities are very good, but there is a problem that parking may be the peak season plus it is a bit late to park and then the elevator opened two a bit slow. It is also very convenient to have a breakfast shop and a supermarket downstairs. There is a square next to it. Overall it is good.

The room was pretty good, but it seemed like a lot of tour groups checked in very late at night, making it incredibly noisy. The laundry room experience was also very poor; there was only one washing machine, which was nowhere near enough, and no one assigned to assist with laundry. Plus, the phone in my room was broken – completely unresponsive. I wanted to ask for something late at night but didn't want to go downstairs, so I just gave up. However, the breakfast was quite abundant, and the restaurant area was spacious.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire room thoroughly cleaned. The room had great natural light, was spacious, and the mattress was just right – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in efficiently and quickly. Their service was thoughtful and discreet, without being intrusive. The facilities were in perfect condition, the internet speed was fast, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very well designed. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. For its price range, it offers outstanding value for money. I truly felt at home. I've saved this place and will definitely choose it again next time I visit. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

I booked this hotel more than two weeks in advance. It was a Tibetan-style hotel I was really looking forward to on the Qinghai-Gansu Ring website, but my expectations were only amplified by my disappointment, as I didn't get to stay in my booked room. 1. No room reserved for customers; directed to other accommodations. Upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, the front desk informed me that there were no rooms available and ”upgraded” me to the Qinggan Apartment, located 80 meters away. The room in the Qinggan Apartment was average, so I won't comment further, but this practice of not reserving a room was infuriating! That evening, I checked the hotel's availability on Ctrip, and it showed that the original double room was unavailable, but other room types were still available. I don't understand why they ”upgraded” us to the Qinggan Apartment. 2. Insufficient hotel staff. There was only one person at the front desk, who was clearly overwhelmed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel entrance was under renovation, front desk staff came to the parking lot to escort us to the lobby. The rooms initially made a good impression, but issues quickly emerged during our stay. We had booked two rooms. In the first room, the faucet pipe detached as soon as we turned on the water. In the second room, after a shower, the bathroom drain clogged, and water overflowed into the main room, flooding it. While the hotel appeared to have good facilities, it seems there were significant problems with the renovation quality. The staff were also visibly struggling, as they were constantly called upon to make repairs.

Hotel location is very good, close to the Tibetan Culture Museum, strolling, breakfast is general, the hotel decoration time is relatively long, the parking lot is next to the construction bank, the location is relatively small, if the peak season comes, it is estimated that it is enough, there are parking spaces in front of the hotel, not a few, Non-stop regular parking spaces will be posted.

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, the equipment was brand new, the key mouse felt very good, and the whole game could not be smooth. The room is spacious, soundproofed, hygienic in place, comfortable environment, very suitable for forming a team with friends to open the black, highly recommended.

Traveling to Xining with friends, we chose the Fairfield by Marriott, and the overall experience was surprisingly good! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the ******* Culture Museum. Although the room showed some age, it was spacious and tidy, with soft bedding. The bathroom, with its wet and dry separation, was a big plus. The facilities were complete, and there was even a humidifier – the attention to detail was excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, both Chinese and Western, along with authentic Qinghai specialties like Liangpi (cold noodles), yak yogurt, and butter tea. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, patiently assisting with taxi bookings and recommending sightseeing routes. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining!

The hotel lobby boasts a simple yet grand design, and the rooms are bright, clean, and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable against the skin. The front desk staff were very polite, greeting me with a smile the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they even recommended some worthwhile local attractions and delicious food spots. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially the noodles at the live cooking station, which I absolutely loved. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both leisure trips and business travel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. It's right next to a Wanda Plaza. The rooms and facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. It's especially quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, so I, who have trouble sleeping, decided to extend my stay. Parking is on the street downstairs, and because we arrived late and couldn't find a spot, the owner came down twice to help, moving his own car for us. The owner and front desk staff were very kind. 👍 There's also a large convenience store on the first floor with a full range of daily necessities. The beef and lamb in Xining are amazing! Before leaving, we bought some, and the owner kindly froze it in the hotel's freezer for us to take home the next day. We were very grateful. Speaking of food, there's a night market downstairs that stays open very late. We arrived late that day and ate there. We found a small shop called ”Harbin Mala Tang” and ordered clay pot rice noodles and Mala Tang, both of which were delicious and inexpensive. My daughter said it was better than Zhang Liang's. While eating, we heard a story: a delivery guy accidentally spilled some food while delivering to their shop, so he went back and bought a replacement to compensate the customer. The owner of this small mala tang (spicy hot pot) shop told the delivery driver, ”If this happens again, just tell me. I can forgo the money the shop makes, saving you a few yuan. You only earn so little in this sweltering heat...” Wishing this little shop booming business! I think Xining must be a warm city, where we encounter one heartwarming scene after another. This was just a brief stopover, but I'll definitely make a special trip back next time...
