The room was fantastic, with Xiaodu smart voice control, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly ٩（•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑）ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ. They even kept my notebook that I left at the hotel, which was amazing!!! Otherwise, all my hard work on my notes would be gone 🤣 The staff member with employee number 007 was wonderful! Thank you so much, I'll definitely stay at your place again next time I come to see the lanterns 🥰

This time, I brought my parents to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zigong Hwashang, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived, two lovely guest relations staff members warmly greeted us. They not only thoughtfully introduced us to local specialty foods but also patiently recommended souvenirs we could take home, which made my parents feel incredibly welcome. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the service is meticulous and attentive. My parents had a wonderful stay and kept praising my choice of hotel. The only minor regret is that the Dinosaur Museum was temporarily closed, but I've already promised my parents that we'll definitely come back to stay at this hotel once it reopens. A big thank you to all the staff for their dedicated service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zigong!

Great little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.  The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

Super 8 Select Hotel is a good business hotel, the hotel front desk service is satisfactory! Just entered the hotel lobby, Xiao Chen at the front desk warmly received and paid attention to our needs, upgraded the smart room type for the two rooms we booked for us, convenient for elders and children. The room was cleaned in place, the ground was spotless, the bedding was soft, and you could rest well after playing. The bathroom is clean and transparent, hot water is available 24 hours a day, and it is convenient to wash. Parking can be parked in the small courtyard of the hotel, the security guard is guarded 24 hours a day, and the stay is full of security. Breakfast is also quite rich, you can choose freely, and the dining environment is clean.

This time I came from Gong to play and chose the Chinese merchants Atour. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep, the soundproofing was good, and I slept well at night. The facilities are relatively new, the laundry room and reading area are very practical. The hotel is right next to the Huashang International City, convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk lady was very good. When I left the store, I mailed the courier. The courier brother kept asking me if I had packaging. The young lady took the initiative to help me find a way to remind me to ask if the original packaging was OK. She also helped me find another cardboard box for their own supplies. The ability to solve the problem is superb. I learned that I booked other Atours and also specially helped me call other stores to help keep the order. This brand is too attractive.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel lobby is grand and stylish, and as soon as we arrived, the front desk staff warmly welcomed us with professional and thoughtful service. They even upgraded our room for free! The newly renovated room had a really comfortable color scheme and was spotlessly clean everywhere, making for a very pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the Huashang Shopping Center, making shopping and getting around easy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! 😃😃😃😃😃

Our family of five retirees chose Qinyue Hotel on March 18th to see the famous Zigong Lantern Festival. We all agreed that I should give Qinyue Hotel a 5-star rating for the following reasons: 1. **Location** This hotel is located in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and sightseeing. To see the lantern festival, it's just a 5-minute walk to the No. 8 lantern shuttle bus stop at Tanmulin, with buses departing hourly from 6 PM to the Chinese Lantern World. There's also a Lantern Museum nearby. As for the famous Dinosaur Museum, it's currently undergoing major renovations and will reopen at a later date. 2. **Room Amenities and Comfort** We absolutely loved and praised the hotel's soft furnishings, especially the bedding, pillows, etc. The quality of the bed linen was comparable to that of a 5-star hotel – incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The hotel bathrooms feature automatic toilets, and every detail shows the hotel's thoughtfulness and careful attention. It looks like a recently renovated hotel. 3. **Room Cleanliness** The cleanliness was excellent and we were very satisfied 👍. The room floors were gleaming, made of high-quality large tiles, which naturally leaves little opportunity for dirt to accumulate, right? Combined with the hotel's standardized cleaning management, the hygiene was superb. 4. **Breakfast** Breakfast is included, and everyone entering the breakfast area will be pleasantly surprised and have their appetites stimulated, as there's a wide variety of choices. My personal favorites included: white fungus soup, rich and aromatic freshly ground soy milk, crispy golden fried glutinous rice and banana dessert, siumai, buns, steamed twisted rolls, fresh stir-fried vegetables, two types of congee, various stir-fries, pickled vegetables, and more. The breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant. 5. **Service Attitude and Value for Money** This hotel offers exceptional overall value for money, with many unexpected delightful surprises. Of course, we had to give it a full score. The service attitude was even more meticulous and considerate; any questions or requests were answered and guided patiently and thoroughly. 6. **Minor Flaws** Both the front and back entrances of the hotel are inconspicuous. The back door opens directly onto the road but requires going down a few steps to reach the elevator, while the front entrance has upward steps leading to the road. Also, the hotel's exterior looks a bit old and is not very noticeable. Of course, haha 😄, this also creates a surprising contrast between the exterior and interior.

This place is really convenient But there are a few things that I can’t stand! First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! There was basically no room for us to sit! Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed! Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge! Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly! As a hotel chain! This service is really disappointing! Only the daytime front desk was professional! ➕He enthusiastically brought me two bottles of water!
