Not only is the presentation unique, but the taste is also fantastic! The large pieces of diced beef are tender, juicy, and spicy, making it hard to resist. ✅Zhanggang Clams in Supreme Broth This was my first time trying these clams, and each one was crystal clear and looked amazing. The waiter cooked them on the spot, and the broth was refreshing. The clams were chewy and incredibly fresh. ✅Salt-baked Sand Ginger Pigeon This pigeon dish was substantial, with three whole pigeons. The aroma of sand ginger permeated the tender pigeon, and the saltiness was just right. The pigeon was juicy, especially the legs, which were plump and meaty. ✅Spring Bamboo Shoots with Broad Bean Paste and Spanish Ham A perfect dish for spring, featuring seasonal spring bamboo shoots, broad bean paste, and air-freighted Spanish ham—a creative combination.
