"The Hilton Garden Inn Christchurch Airport is a true treasure. Its English castle-like estate and beautiful sprawling gardens are perfect for photos. Upon check-in, we were greeted with warm cookies. The room was spacious, the king bed was comfortable, and the heating was excellent. They offer a free, large parking lot and it's conveniently located near the airport and the Botanic Gardens. The breakfast even caters to Chinese palates with fried rice and dumplings. Plus, there's a heated pool and a gym. On the downside, the building shows its age a bit, breakfast isn't included, and it's a bit of a walk to the city center. This hotel is definitely a top choice for those traveling by car."

"The location is excellent. Following the hotel's directions, it's only a 10-minute walk, a route you won't find on Google Maps. There's a large supermarket and several restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The bathroom in my room type didn't have an exhaust fan, so there was a constant damp smell. The common area is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped, but I strongly recommend bringing your own cutlery for hygiene reasons. The public cutlery is washed by guests themselves, and on the day I was there, several dirty dishes were left in the sink, and some tabletops weren't wiped clean after use, making the kitchen look untidy. Overall, it's a good place for a short stay, especially if you're catching a flight."

"The location is super strategic and convenient, just a few walking steps to airport, bus station to Christchurch city and place to pick up & drop off our car rental. Their receptionists are very polite and always put a big smile when we approached them. We arrived the hotel in the earlier morning and went for city walk before check in. They helped us put all our luggages inside our room before we back and a little “kiwi” soft toy was surprised for my little kid. Highly recommend!!!"

Totally discusting, big build up of unclean scum Even if the spa bath was working, no soap/bubble bath provided. Really quite disappointing as my last visit was great"
