Guest UserI specifically brought my child to Huitengxile and, after comparing several options, chose Huiteng Mug歌. It completely shattered my stereotype of yurts being primitive! The yurt itself was spacious, with an private bathroom offering stable 24-hour hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. Given the significant temperature difference between day and night on the grassland, sleeping with the heating on at night was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional; the bedding was changed for each guest and had no odors, and even the floor and bathroom corners were spotless. I felt completely at ease staying there with my child.
Stepping out, you're greeted by vast alpine grasslands with lush green grass and white windmills. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, and at night, with no light pollution, you can lie in bed and gaze at a sky full of stars. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively suggesting grassland sightseeing routes. The restaurant's Mongolian dishes were authentic, the milk tea was rich, and they even offered milder options perfect for kids. The camp had a free bonfire party, which created a fantastic atmosphere, and parking for chartered cars was convenient. If you're looking for an immersive grassland accommodation experience, this place is a must-book!

Guest UserThis is my third time staying at this hotel, and it keeps getting better. My experience truly exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, and no unpleasant smells. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was fast, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The public areas were clean and quiet. I have to praise the breakfast—it had a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The entire environment is cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Guest UserSince I was traveling with elderly family members and was concerned about them getting cold at night, I decided against booking a ground-level yurt and instead chose this 'Starry Sky Pasture' accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First, parking was incredibly convenient, which is crucial for a group of five traveling in a 7-seater minivan. Then, we were greeted by charming Mongolian-style buildings, topped with yurts perfect for stargazing. The rooms were fantastic, and the owner was incredibly kind – he even upgraded our room because we were with seniors. The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and disposable toiletries were provided. The 'starry sky yurt' had air conditioning, so it wasn't cold at all. We could even watch the sunrise and sunset from the third floor, which I thought was great value! The restaurant food was absolutely delicious. We ordered roasted lamb ribs, mushroom with sliced meat, cold beef slices... and even some kumis. Wow, both the taste and price exceeded my expectations – so tasty! Especially the beef and lamb ribs, they were incredibly fragrant and highly recommended! The owner even gave us a small gift when we left, which was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends because I feel I made the perfect choice! It's very unique, clean, and tidy, in a great location with easy parking, and delicious food! The main thing is, the owner is wonderful!

kimheesunzhangThis was my first time staying in a family room, and as soon as I walked in, I felt the layout was very convenient. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and gave clear directions when I asked how to get around. It was also easy to get a taxi from here or go to the East Station 🙂
The room was comfortable to stay in. The bedding was neatly made, felt very soft to the touch, and both the pillows and duvet were clean and dry. I slept really well at night, and the soundproofing was good too; outside noises barely bothered me at all 😌
The gym was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and bright, and the equipment was sufficient for a daily workout. It was very convenient to go and get some exercise after a long journey, and it didn't feel stuffy in there 🏋️
The breakfast variety was richer than I expected, with both hot and cold options, all tasty. Overall, my stay was very hassle-free, suitable for family trips or an overnight stopover 😊

DamaomaomaomaochongThe location is fantastic, very close to all the nearby attractions, and within walking distance. It's right next to 'Shaomai Street' and Jokhang Temple. The front desk staff are all really welcoming and helpful, and the self-service coffee is a nice touch! They even gave our child a breakfast voucher. 😊😊 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Guest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just over 10 minutes' walk to Wanda, with many choices for food. Downstairs is the hotel's own parking lot 🅿, which is convenient for parking. The facilities of a newly opened hotel are relatively new, and there is almost no taste. There are many varieties of breakfast. The yam, sweet potato, and corn that I like are all gathered together. I can't eat too much. I cooked wontons and cooked half a portion. The kitchen lady also kindly told me how many half portions there were and asked if it was enough. ~ Good reviews ~ The laundry room is open all day without limit. The overall stay was not bad. I will book again next time

Guest UserI’ve put together an honest, 300-word review based on my experiences at two hotels, highlighting their unique features, differences, and target audiences. It covers both their strong points and minor drawbacks, aiming for an objective and authentic account.
Xiangshawan Glamping Tent Hotel & Shunsha Hotel Review
During my trip to Xiangshawan, I stayed at both the Glamping Tent Hotel and the Shunsha Hotel. Each offers a distinct experience, catering to different travel preferences. The Tent Hotel focuses on an authentic desert wilderness experience, with direct views of the endless sand dunes, providing an immersive feel for the vast desert landscape. At night, there’s no light pollution, offering expansive views and a perfect atmosphere for stargazing. The camp often hosts bonfires and fireworks, making it ideal for those seeking romance and a glamping experience. However, the tent’s soundproofing and insulation are just average, and the facilities are basic, making it more suitable for younger travelers.
The Shunsha Hotel is a new resort with brand-new facilities and a stunning aesthetic. Its 'space capsule' rooms are incredibly futuristic, with convenient smart home features and private viewing balconies that are perfect for photos. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, offering VIP access to the scenic area, meaning no queues for attractions. It also features a children's play area and an outdoor pool, making it excellent for family vacations. The only minor drawback is the lack of an independent restaurant, requiring a shuttle bus to Fusha Island for meals. Overall, if you prefer a wilder experience, choose the Tent Hotel. For comfort, convenience, and family-friendly vacations, the Shunsha Hotel is the top choice.

Here's the updated review with that additional context:
Full Version
We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to one of the owners who went out of their way to organize activities for us and made our experience truly memorable. The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good.
That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile.

Great experience thanks to one of the owners, who personally organized activities for us. I recommend the horse riding off the main area as suggested, but the Happy Ranch activities weren't worth the time or money—though that's external, not the hotel's fault. Didn't use the actual hotel amenities, but the hospitality and performance were good.
