The front desk service is very good, proactive, enthusiastic, and friendly. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and odorless. The bedding is very comfortable and the shower water is fast. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Erenhot. It was my first time visiting Erenhot to do shopping and I chose this hotel as it was a recently opened brand new hotel. Indeed, the bedsheets, the towels were all new, the bathroom, the lights, the curtains, they are are all smart! The hotel interior is awesome! And I gotta say, I really loved the amenities. Omg the hair dryer was something I have never experienced before. I wanted to buy that brand of hairdryer for myself too. Oh and you gotta wake up early to have full breakfast, otherwise it gets finished and the kitchen don’t refill them. I forgot to take more pictures, but you can see them in their page. The hotel gives snacks every evening, oh so thoughtful 😍❤️

The location is excellent, but the receptionist is rude, often scolding and speaking loudly. The cleaning is consistently incomplete, with dirty teacups left in the same place for days. The cleaners appear indifferent, and there's a strong smell of cigarettes. If you have small children or plan to stay for an extended period, I would advise against booking in advance.

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

This was a great hotel and so close to the train station. Be careful, there are two in Hohhot. The twin beds are the standard harder style but the queen beds are softer. The staff was very nice and the hotel is near many restaurants.

I went to Inner Mongolia to visit a friend, and my friend recommended this hotel. I originally stayed for two days, and then extended my stay. The overall feeling was good, the room was big enough, clean, not particularly new, and the service was OK. There was a little incident when checking out, but it was resolved smoothly.

If you are looking for a hotel in Hohhot for the first time, this is the right place to stay! Take Metro Line 1 from Xinhua Plaza Exit A and walk 100 meters back to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and is on the second floor.
