This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.
Thank you for making our visit memorable and trouble free! :)
The location is good. With big pool.
Room is very spacious
But newly renovation with strong smell.
Friendly staff. But they don't have any blanket in the room. Only bedsheet, if you need it, I think we all need it, you need to ask from reception
Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet.
But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help.
The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service.
Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years, they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it.
Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.
The hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy.
The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.
Embodying the Greek concept of Ev-Zin—the art of good living—Art by PraXis offers a peaceful retreat in the scenic Governor’s Beach area in Limassol, Cyprus. Set around a beautifully landscaped shared garden, all apartments feature either a private terrace or balcony, giving direct garden access or serene garden-and-sea views.
Each apartment includes a kitchen, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. Distinctive art pieces add character to every unit, while our yoga shed and curated wellness menu support deep relaxation and well-being.
This coastline offers a rare spectacle: one of the few places where you can watch the sun both rise from and set into the Mediterranean—sunrise from Governor’s Beach and sunset over the nearby White Rocks, both within walking distance. Our partner seaside restaurant, perched just above Governor’s Beach, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Within walking distance you can enjoy snorkelling, fishing, cycling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), while a 10-minute drive brings you to padel courts, paintball, and adventure parks. Centrally located between Limassol and Larnaca, the property is an ideal base for exploring the island—car rental is recommended for maximum convenience.
The closest airport is the Larnaca International Airport, 29 miles away (about a 30–35 minute drive).

GGuest UserVery good stay in the hotel! The receptionists are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are large and clean. There is a free safe in the room. The well-stocked breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A gym with a few machines open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an indoor pool, in addition to the outdoor pool. Very pleasant stay.

PPanicos YusufA beautiful old building that was modernised but kept most of its original features.
Comfy bed and no noise from outside.
Near the shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the seafront.
I will definitely book this again.

LLSHotel right on the sea, good repair. Excellent service for breakfast and dinner. Everything is excellent except that many rooms go out on the road and sleep is impossible. So you need to pay better and take a view on the sea. Otherwise I recommend
ААndrey KysliiVery kind and responsive staff, very clean room. The room has everything you need to stay. Very satisfactory and delicious breakfasts
I recommend this hotel.
