3-Star Hotels in Souss-Massa, Morocco

"Unfortunately the hotel didn't meet my expectations. The staff was friendly, but the room (although spacious) was very old and many things were broken. See pictures. It's a very big hotel and I had a room on the side of the night club (also part of the hotel) where until well after midnight loud music is being played. A hotel and a night club don't go together, you want the guests to have a peaceful stay, right? Breakfast was very basic. No msemmen (Moroccan layer-pancakes), only boiled eggs (no fried) and the cheapest brand jam/marmalade which was not very tasty. I don't know how much they charge for separate breakfast (it was included mine) but if it's more than 3 euro extra, it's not worth it in my opinion. It's only a hotel if you are desperate for a cheap stay, otherwise it's not a nice hotel to spend your well deserved holiday."

"This hotel is in a great location. if you come out of the hotel and turn right and cross over the road, there is a McDonald's in front of you. if you turn left coming out of the hotel, as you walk along for 5 miniutes, you will see plenty of corner shops for drinks, snacks, etc. just after the shops, by the roundabout, if you turn left, you will see some food resturants, and at the end of this road which leads to the beach, you will find a money exchange which have good rates in exchanging money. The hotel is very clean, and I advise taking a room with a sea view on the 4th floor upwards for the best view. The rooms have a private balcony, and the TV has a 24-hour English-speaking channel showing good films (MBC Max). The downside to the hotel is that the wifi is nonexistent. i brought a mini wifi router 4G/5G router off eBay before I left the UK for around £15. When I arrived at Agadir airport, just by the duty-free shops, you will see the orange and lnwi stores. I went with lnwi, and for £10 i brought a 10GB sim, which the girls put into my router to show it works. The router then worked fine in my hotel room at the Hamilton Hotel. i stayed for 1 week, but the SIM ran out of credit because I watched a lot of football on my tablet and other videos. Maybe I should have brought a 20 GB SIM card. During the day, I couldn't be bothered to walk to the beach or sit in the hotel swimming pool area, but straight across the road from the hotel is a stadium with lots of seats, and I found it very relaxing. After 2 hours, it got too hot, so I went back into the hotel for the shade of my balcony room. Nice hotel and loved the music in the evenings coming from the other hotels."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Morocco; it's a very pleasant and charming place! The location isn't right in the resort's center, but it's convenient and quick to get around by car, and there's parking available on-site. The room (we had a standard one) was quite small, but we only brought a small overnight bag, so it wasn't an issue. I found it amusing that the sink was right in the room, but that's what's great about traveling – you always discover something new! A hairdryer, towels, and a combined shampoo/shower gel were also provided. Breakfast was buffet-style; it was generally simple but filling, and there was a coffee machine. The main drawback was the very thin walls. Our neighbor was watching TV late at night, and we could hear it as if it were happening right in our room… but for one night, it wasn't critical. Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The service was good, and the staff were friendly; they communicated in English and French."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Résidence Igoudar from July 19th to August 7th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Before our arrival, I had inquired about the possibility of having a large refrigerator, as we were staying for 19 days. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mr. EL MAHDI BOUCHETTOU at the reception. He immediately informed us that the requested refrigerator had been installed in our apartment. This thoughtful gesture truly pleased us. Additionally, he kindly helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment. Always smiling, welcoming, professional, and available throughout our stay, he deserves our highest praise. We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Ms. HOURIYA MANSOURI, the housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and always very helpful. She assisted us in settling in upon arrival and almost daily checked in to see if we needed anything. Her professionalism, availability, and kindness deeply touched us. We also send our sincere thanks to the entire management of Résidence Igoudar for accommodating our request for the large refrigerator. This gesture greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. "The hotel is worth the money. It's very conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the maids (they brought a hairdryer and extra soap). The breakfast is continental, and every wish is fulfilled. There are no bedbugs or cockroaches. It's clean, cleaned daily, and there are fresh towels. If you're going to Agadir to party and aren't looking for a meal, this is the place to be."
