Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

We had a very pleasant stay at ARTOTEL Batam. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, making the whole experience comfortable from the start. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby malls and food places. We also enjoyed the live band in the evening, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again!

They ensure that all guests cutleries are cleared away immediately from each table so that they can have a seamless and hearty breakfast. Hotel is very clean and easy excess to everywhere. From check in process very smoothly. Rooms are very clean and well equip. Bed and pillow are comfortable makes you sleep soundly. Breakfast have variety food to choose from bread station, porridge station, noodle station, main menu dishes, fruits, salads, cakes and dessert so mych to eat. Restaurant condition is vey big and clean. Staff are very friendly supportive. Thumbs up to Aston 👍🏻

The breakfast spread was impressive and good in terms of taste, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Free flow of small bottled waters. Tv is smart tv so can access youtube/netflix (have to sign in own account). Location was great with many food places and convenience stores around and a mall nearby. Staffs are helpful and approachable.

Apartment location very good and convenient. Walking distance to Grand Batam mall & BCS. A lot of food stalls and grocery shop. Room cleanliness good. Host services good, fast response on WhatsApp chat. Room service and amenities need more improvement. Such as toilet rolls and bath towels to provide extra. Drinking water too. We staying for 4 days with 4 pax. Only 4 bottles of 500ml drinking water provided. Not like hotel services. Kitchenette provided with rice cooker and utensils. Suggestion: good to provide microwave oven.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Wonderful Stay at Swiss-Belinn Hotel I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The food was delicious — especially the morning buffet, which had a great variety and excellent service from Adalina and the front desk team. We accidentally left some of our things in the fridge after checking out and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in arranging for them to be returned to us. Truly outstanding service and hospitality! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Had a small celebration for our anniversary here. The staff was really thoughtful and decorated the room. We liked it alot. Will definitely be back

Perhaps me and my families are one of the most frequently visitor of Santika Hotel around the country. From Bali, Malang, Yogya, Semarang. But Santika Batam is the worst service hotel I've ever had. FO officer name Artha acted like an amateur. Not only her face who rude but also very disspointing. I've been waiting more than half an hour w/o confirmation that our room was ready to use. She was very pasif to inform guest whether the room was ready though time for check-in already set. When I tried to ask how it should be, she answered with denial. Housekeeping still double checked. It's kind an insane manner. Duty manager Mr. Garry (Jerry) was willing to catch us, try to explained the standar service. He was offering complimentary transfer to harbour, the day after. But it never happened. What an insane service, I underwent at Santika Batam. One of the worst service I got so far. Don't know if the Management realize these experience.

Booked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door. But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip.
