Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
From the moment you step in, to the rooms, to the staff – nothing was disappointing. The reception and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and was tidied and cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again. Although the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, it feels safe and comfortable. Five stars to the very friendly, helpful, and clean staff. Highly recommended for a stay here.
Staying at grand pacific for 2 days .Books 3 rooms and we got connecting rooms also.We call reception and ask for iron.immediately they sent it to our room though its already late at night.Tq tq..really appreciate.
For breakfast ..its okay for us..varieties..😍😍
Budget hotel worth it with price. Location is strategic in city heart of Bandung. But situation was crowded with wedding party in around lobby area and breakfast room full capacity. Easily to find culinary at the night.
Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room design and cleanliness.
The location of the hotel was perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and the service at the restaurant was excellent.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again!
Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road
Overall will repeat here thank you!!
Well this time the FO service is very dissapointed.
I book via OTA and i provide my cc info too there.
During checkout i already asked regarding my payment settlement, not only once but twice...just to make sure. And they said settled and done.
After i leave the hotel, around 1 hour or so, the hotel without introducing whom i am talking to, suddenly text me to settle my bill. And I was shocked.
Tot all settled, and asked me to qr. Hello...what kind of service is that? Extremely disspointed with the way the asked payment...just via Whatsapp without identifying themself.
This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues.
We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles.
Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room.
Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour.
I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.
Old hotel with mall in the same building and also walking distance to mall nearby. Room was spacious, clean, with good amenities but room got cigarette smells. Sink was leaking but their technician settled it the same night. Exhaust fan in the toilet also not functioning. Reported to receptionist the next morning and everything was ok before afternoon.
Service at the restaurant was superb with friendly and helpful staffs.
Comfortable Stay, but Lobby Needs Better Ventilation
I stayed at Savero Style Hotel Bogor and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located in the city, right in front of the main road—very convenient for getting around Bogor.
The lobby area is spacious and nicely designed, but unfortunately, it felt quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning running during my visit, and the ventilation could really be improved. It made waiting in the lobby a bit uncomfortable, especially in the Bogor heat.
On a positive note, the room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, and everything felt fresh and tidy.
If the hotel could improve the air circulation or keep the air conditioning on in the lobby, it would really enhance the overall guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay in Bogor for comfort and convenience.
We loved our stay at the Whiz Prime Pajajaran. Our room (9020) have a great view over Bogor city. Very clean restroom and shower room (seperated). The mattress is to my opinion too hard but it's okay for just two nights. The hotel have a great inviting pool, too bad you can not order drinks or snacks at the pool side. The breakfast room offer Indonesian buffet breakfast. There are bubur ayam, sum sum, nasi goreng, ayam goreng mentega, kwetiau, several kinds of pastries, slices white bread with jam and chocolate paste, water melon and sugar melon to select. Unfortunately the fruit drinks are NOT fresh squeezed fruits but water mixed with concentrated fruit syrup. No fresh milk or yoghurt available. The downside of the buffet is that the flames of the food heaters were put off already at approx. 8:00 o'clock while the restaurant is still open till 10 o'clock. That's why all the warm food selections are cold already while guests still arriving at the restaurant! Please don't put the flames off before closing breakfast time. We decided for this reason only the first morning to have brekfast. Breakfast fee is IDR 100K per person. Overall staff are very helpful and polite. Will return again to Whiz Prime Pajajaran when in Bogor.
Staying here for our anniversary was a unique experience for us. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Everything still feels new, and it's definitely worth it. The only thing is that some facilities and areas are still under development as it's a soft opening. Hope we can stay again in the future!
