This hotel just far better then I expect. The service for checking was much accurated as during checking, they give option what type of room: Smocking or Non-smocking. So it’s really suited. On the other hand they have free taxi delivery from hotel to airport. The free cost only 10 Am and afternoon 3/4 PM. So if you go at that time they will bring you to airport without any cost. If you go other than that time they will cost you.

This is my second time staying at Zest Hotel for an overnight transit in Jakarta, will surely choose it again for transit because: 1. They offer free airport shuttle service, both pick up and drop off. The hotel is around 10- 15 mins away from the airport, depends on which Terminal you arrive 2. Room is not big but it's clean. However, my 2nd time here got a little disappointment - there's a towel in the bathroom with cigarette smell :/ 3. They provide toothbrush/tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, hangers, free wifi, water (also has water dispenser in the corridor), enough for short stay transit 4. Buffet breakfast - well... don't expect too much because it's only Indonesian dishes plus bread. No eggs :(( Also not many choices but with this cheap room price, am totally fine with it! The Indonesian burbur (rice porridge) is very tasty, I had 2 big bowls!! 5. There are some eateries/ cafes and Alfamart ( or Indomaret or 7-11... can't remember) just outside the hotel, very convenient. 6. Zest Hotel is situated next to Swiss Belhotel Airport Jakarta, they belong to the same hotel group so the free shuttle bus also includes the guests from Swiss Belhotel. We went over to Swiss Belhotel's lobby restaurant for dinner, very good food and service. They offered us super yummy tempe chips with our drinks :)) Just a friendly reminder: if you are going to Terminal 3, it might take a bit more time for your airport drop off as they need to drop guests to T1 and T2 first (if any) .My experience was it took me 30 mins to arrive T3 from the moment I get on the shuttle. Anyway, I will still choose Zest Hotel as my transit hotel and recommend it, you got more than what you pay for!

Great location, next to hospital. Price very affordable. Size is enough for few hours rest and use the bathroom. Overall its nice.

Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver. No luxuries here, and it has seen better days! But it’s not about luxury, it’s about the convenience. I arrived at 01:30 and wanted a clean comfortable bed and a good shower in the morning. That is exactly what I got. I left at 11:00 feeling refreshed and ready to go into Jakarta. The staff were pleasant and helpful too, even at 01:30!

Super convenient stay in this hotel. It is located literally inside of the airport which is easy for me to catch the next flight. The bathroom is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The pod is so futuristic. Very very recommended rather than getting out of the airport area.

It's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.

It says online you can add an extra bed, you definitely cannot and we weren’t told that until we checked in. The breakfast was good if you can get there before it’s completely devoured by people who I’m pretty sure weren’t guests. The staff, however, are very friendly. All are clean. Near airport. Cozy & warm room. I thought rooms are soundproof I hear people chatting, laughing. I’m at 2F. All in all if you are paying a relatively cheap hotel I recommend this place. Please add more friendly channels for foreigners. 👍

A good decent hotel for a short stop over near Jakarta Airport. Pros: close to airport and free shuttle service to airport. Value for money and decent breakfast at very reasonable price Cons: no amenities like slippers, toothpaste etc available in room but since u are paying very little so can’t complain a lot

It's enough to sleep for a day or two. In terms of cleanliness, it's quite clean, but the facilities are lacking and it's actually quite comfortable.

The washbasin was blocked and it was full. The toilet and shower floor were separated by bricks. The shower had floor drain. There was no floor drain on the toilet side, which was easy to accumulate water. It was very troublesome. The pillow core inside is also old antique, some black spots, there is a taste, but he has a better pillowcase, okay. The price is not high, so I don't have to be picky. Okay, all score 4 points. By the way, there is a little bit of no work, WiFi can't be used, and I have responded after staying for a few days, and I still haven't repaired it.

Not bad for a place to rest during transit, in locations around the hotel there are many places to eat and there is a laundry
