"We can absolutely recommend the large room with air conditioning – everything was great! The location is perfect, right on the beach and in the heart of the tourist area, with everything easily reachable on foot, just a few steps away.
I also stayed three nights in their cheapest offer, a small room without air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend it; it was noisy, run-down, and not advisable."

"All in all it was nice. We first got to know the place by having breakfast at the café and really enjoyed the food there, so that why we decided to book two nights at the hotel. Food is really good and the pool was nice, although it was closed one out of the two days we stayed there. The room was spacious and clean enough. The minus points were the lack of AC (there is a fan on the ceiling but no proper AC) and also the way we got almost thrown out of the room. On trip.com it says the check out is supposed to be between 10:30 and 11:30, and at 09:45 somebody from the hotel already came knocking at our door! We were just packing our last items and told them we thought we still had some time, to what he answered the check out is at 10:00… he then stayed in front of the room until we were ready to leave! That did not feel good. Also the internet was very weak in our cottage in the back garden. Two problems that are easily solvable though. The hotel could make sure to change the check out time on trip. Com and get an extra router for the rooms in the back."

"I went during the monsoon season and the hostel had to take precautions to prevent any flooding, by putting up huge covers which kind of made it seem like it was under construction. So if you are going during the monsoon season don't be surprised if it doesn't look like the pictures. I had no complaints as at least it prevented flooding. The staff were all amazing and very nice, just not it is a cashless hostel so everything is through their app. I went during off peak so not much of a hostel vibe and people mostly sticked to their own groups. Nothing much around the hostel except a few cafes but has a very calm and relaxing environment. It is also a 5 min walk to Mandrem beach where u can walk ***** the full beach to go to Arambol and also to Sweet water lake. All in all service and cleanliness was great, location was alright and not much facilities except a small pool."

"Nice hotel with very nice common areas. The room is fine with a balcony, but there were some ”details” that were not taken care of, such as the sheets were very old (with patched holes, quite sad) and, for example, the toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. We had to call for them to bring us some.
Very good breakfast and very helpful staff.
In general a good place to stay."

"Good hotel, solid four. Service at the proper level.
There is a swimming pool, fresh and clean towels.
Breakfasts are a bit below European standards, coffee is good. In the end, we ate eggs and toast, so maybe it's worth giving up in favor of a cafe.
A bit expensive at the bar + service charge.
The biggest question is about the location, I didn't understand Vagator at all. There is 1 shake on the beach, no choice or alternative. Volcanic sand (for connoisseurs).
In general, I advise you to think about it when choosing this location.
But the hotel is super in terms of price/quality."

"I really loved the bright, air-conditioned room with a fan. It had everything I needed, even a refrigerator, and breakfast was included. The sea was just a minute's walk away. The staff was always smiling and friendly. There's a cafe right next to the window where the wonderful chef Ganesh works his magic. He's a bright, kind, and generous person. He listens to every visitor and makes everything perfectly tailored to their needs. My requests were immediately addressed, making my stay unforgettable. He delighted me with a fresh sprouted salad every morning, especially since I'm a raw foodist. Can you imagine? He took such great care to ensure my meal was not only tasty and enjoyable, but also healthy! He also fed the cow that came every morning for watermelon rinds, and not just one. I recommend him to everyone. The price-quality ratio exceeds expectations."

"The hotel is drowning in green, beautiful, hospitable territory. The bungalow has terraces.
Location is unsuccessful. 5 minutes from the sea, but there is an empty beach, no lying and umbrella. Go to the lying is quite far, 15 minutes on the coast.
The room has everything except hot water))
Breakfast is not very good. There is no coffee, only soluble coffee. Even a tea boiler is required separately. Only eggs and fruit can be eaten from the whole Swedish table.
Staff in Russian does not speak, not very rushing"

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed:
1. Room fan regulator was not working.
2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort).
3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this.
Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

So beautiful, i can't say that. Location is super close to ashvem beach. Restaurant as also available at walking distance. Crowd of la gracia is extremely good. Very supportive staff. Perfect stay for family/solo/group. I just loved it.

The property is centrally located to at least 3 beaches in South Goa..Colva beach, Sernabatim beach and Benaulim beach..inspite of which it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Our package included breakfast which was very good and unlimited.
The WiFi worked very well, the room was very neat and clean as was also the bathroom and the plunge pool was well maintained and a real welcome in this hot weather.
The check-in at the reception was smoothly done and the housekeeping staff especially Dijen as well as the catering staff were all very polite and helpful.
Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend Vega-a-Boutique Hotel for a stay in South Goa.

The resort is located in the serene surroundings of Colva, just about 1 km from the beach. The peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, the highlight of our experience was the staff—they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
