This is my second stay here; I also stayed last year. The price is reasonable. The room with one large and one small bed was just right and didn't feel cramped, though it might be a bit small for two adults. It's super convenient, right outside Sakae Subway Station Exit 2. The hotel is new and clean! Right outside, there's a famous Nagoya chicken wing restaurant, and a tonkatsu restaurant is also very close by. Nagoya TV Tower is also nearby. All in all, the location is quite convenient. One minor point: I'm not sure why my room was always on the fourth or fifth floor. I wonder if this is common for Ctrip bookings, as I noticed other Korean tourists and guests from different countries were assigned higher floors.

Nice hotel for short stay. We stayed in a deluxe room. Space is fine. Big enough to have 2 big suitcases. Room is well equipped. Location is fantastic. Very close to Nagoya station and subway station.
We haven’t used the laundry facility, but you can see the process on the tv screen!

Overall, it was pretty decent. The room rate in September was quite reasonable, and the location is convenient for getting around, situated in the Sakae business district. Several subway stations are within easy walking distance. The hotel was quite busy; I arrived around 3 PM for check-in and still had to wait for 10 minutes. The room wasn't small by Japanese standards, and it even had a massager, which was great for a quick massage after a long day of walking. The front desk area offered a coffee and cocoa machine, and the laundry room next door had an ice machine – all very convenient.
The only minor hiccup was that housekeeping misplaced my blanket. It took two days of back-and-forth communication to get it back. While their attitude was very polite, constantly apologizing, their service ultimately fell short. They only provided a hotel blanket as a temporary replacement *after* I specifically requested it. The entire process was very inefficient; once my blanket was located, they first sent a photo for my confirmation, which further delayed things, before finally sending someone to pick it up from the factory. I even had to alter my itinerary for the last day to wait for its return. Aside from verbal apologies, there was no compensation whatsoever. So, a traveler's note: always pack your personal items carefully before leaving the room...

Five Stars!
This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's perfectly located, just about 200 meters from Nagoya Station, with an abundance of izakayas nearby, making dining out extremely convenient. Our twin room even had the luxury of a wet-dry separated bathroom – a definite plus! The staff were diligent and well-trained, ensuring an incredibly efficient check-in process. Plus, there are two highly recommended breakfast spots right next door, Komeda and Hoshino, both excellent choices!

Stayed with BWH for nights.
Pros: The location is great. Only approx. 5 minutes walk to Sakae Station. There are many restaurants to go to. Convenience shops like Lawson and 7 eleven are just across the road. The double room itself is spacious by Japanese standards (as in the photo). Cleanness is superior. The hotel does routine daily cleaning services including replacing slippers and towels, etc. Almost all amenities are provided at the reception. Must mention that many things like face cleansing gel are from Pola.
Cons: The fridge makes clear noise (even when switched to level 1), so that I have to power off the fridge before sleeping. The soundproofing can be improved. I could hear laughter and natter from the next wall (their large voice did contribute though), especially when the night was very quiet. Another one is the small chair on the corner. It kept preventing me from accessing the window side of the bed. Should've chosen a better place to place it.

This hotel is conveniently located near Fushimi subway station. It's just a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of the central ticket gate at Fushimi Station. The hotel itself is quite new, clean, and well-maintained. Their free breakfast is a definite highlight, offering a good variety of options. Plus, it's super close to the airport shuttle stop, only a 2-3 minute walk away, which is very convenient.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The front desk staff were helpful, and communication was seamless thanks to their translation device. The hotel offers convenient parking on both the ground floor and at the rear. For guests, parking is capped at 1500 JPY per stay, which is a great value. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was clean and tidy with good use of space. The bathroom was a waterproof all-in-one unit. There was a small table, and a washing machine was available on the second floor. A simple breakfast was included. It's a 5-minute walk from Taiko-dori Exit and there are two Lawson convenience stores nearby.

I would say they tried their best to meet my requests (quiet, away from the lift, no corner room). I guess the definition of quiet is to each individual. I could hear water running next door from their toilet. My room was just beside the lift, but I did not hear any sound from the functioning doors though. My room was the second from one end, lol. But the whole experience was good. They have the necessary amenities, again to each individual. Their laundry I thought was cheap, I seldom do laundry overseas, but I decided to after I saw the price. 1kg and below is 400 yen, 3 kg and below was 500 yen. I washed 3 berms and 3 t-shirts that weighed around 1.5kg. The location was pretty good. Toyota rent a car is just beside if anyone plans to rent a car. Walk about 5mins you will reach Nagoya station that connect all those malls like Esca, midland etc. Food wise not many choices for me because I am a vegetarian. There are NATO, miso, rice, eggs, bread, and pancakes. That's about it for a vegetarian breakfast.

Excellenlt location which near Nagoya amd bus stn. However, the hotel area looks so different in daytime and night time. During night time the youngsters will stand all over the places which outside the shops and approach the people whike walking there.. I don't feel good. The hotel location is located inside the food area (not at the main road) simply could find food during night time. Unfortunately daytime all closed. 5 mins walk to Nagoya Station. The hotel is clean and neat with newly facilities. And the room got many USB provided. However, the room NO window view amd window itself had pasted sticker on at the room 703. SAD!

GGuest UserLocated about a 3-minute walk from Kanayama Station North Exit, this hotel's convenient location offers excellent transportation links to popular shopping and entertainment districts like Nagoya, Sakae, and Osu, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Right next door, you'll find large shopping malls and a wide array of dining options, making daily life incredibly convenient. The comfortable beds, equipped with high-quality bedding, ensure an impressively good night's sleep. Overall, it was pretty good and offered great value for money. It's conveniently located in the city center of Minguo, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location itself is also very convenient, as is the transportation. The breakfast at the restaurant was quite rich and tasty. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time.
GGuest UserThey said simple breakfast but it had a good variety of food. Curry rice seemed to be their speciality. People got up early during holidays and when I got there before 730, the restaurant was quite busy. Some trays were empty but they came to refill it soon after. The room is not big but it was a good size for a solo traveler. A bit far away from the Nagoya station but very easy to find. Notice there is another Meitetsu Inn in other side of the station so don’t go to a wrong one. They have self check in/out machines so it was easy and smooth. Staff are polite and friendly too.

GGuest UserGreat room with standard room and amenities with great price. Keycard is so cute. Near shopping area about 500m
I stayed one night before flying back tomorrow but breakfast start at 7.00, which I can not catch the flight on time if we had breakfast at hotel. So, we grabed a sandwich to had it on the way.
This hotel has no parking. I can find a carpark near hotel in 200m with 600 yen all night after 8pm at NPC https://maps.app.goo.gl/DoJHMkvz71JhCZez8
GGuest UserWe were able to stay at a low price and enjoy a little luxury with one room for each family member.
Everything we needed was provided, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient.
GGuest UserThe best breakfast ever! Bath tub and toilet very clean. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the all-day free coffee, tea and refreshing lemon warer in the lounge. Great location. Abt 1000 yen taxi ride away from Nagoya Station. Has convenience stores nearby. I am looking forward to returning here!
MMIKE0720I always stay here when I'm on a business trip. It's very close to Nagoya Station. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bathroom is very spacious. There's also a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. The only downside is the lack of an in-house breakfast; instead, they partner with a fast-food restaurant downstairs and provide meal vouchers. However, if you don't usually eat breakfast, it's not an issue.
윤윤앤초이투어 친절한 72This is a cost-effective top-class business hotel located in the heart of Sakae. The large bath on the first floor is available until 12 o'clock. The breakfast is not that great. There is a welcome coffee on the first floor, and you can use it for free until midnight. Of course, the staff is friendly.
