Dormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the onsen, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complimentary nighttime ramen is a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its great location near the station, Dormy Inn Maebashi is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The air conditioner in the room and the light were broken. The coffee machine for the morning hike wasn't ready yet, so all the guests were waiting. I told the staff that it would be ready in about 5 minutes. The staff were whispering something and didn't seem to be in a hurry.

This hotel service is very in place. Because the road on the mountain is iced, it is impossible to ride forward. There are more than ten kilometers to the hotel and it has begun to go dark. I have to withdraw to the convenience store near the foot of the mountain and call the hotel for help. There is an English-speaking waiter. When the clerk is asked to explain the location to them, Send a car to pick us up at the hotel immediately, and although it was already more than 8 pm when we arrived at the hotel, we still prepared dinner for us! Check out the next day and send us back to facilitate super business pick-up. This kind of hospitality, I will definitely come back next time!

It is a clean hotel close to the station. I used it in the parking lot with my family. Three-dimensional parking lot の waiting place が smoking place になっており and when i get on and off my family's car, i'm going to have a smoker I was worried about the smell of cigarettes.

Environment: The room smelled of kerosene. I had a headache and sore throat. I asked to change rooms in the middle of the night. It was much better after changing to another room, but the corridor also smelled of kerosene. Service: The meal time was too fixed. The latest in the morning was 8:00. If you couldn't get up, you could only eat cold breakfast. In addition, dinner was on time at 18:00 and the stall had to close at 19:00. If you arrived late, you still had to eat cold dishes and cold rice. We booked for 5 days, and the side dishes were almost unchanged. The main dishes were basically the same. It's okay to stay for 2 days, but it's not recommended for more than 2 days. The hotel is not very flexible.

I booked a Corner Double Room. The room itself was a decent size. However, the communal bathing area wasn't very spacious, with only about 5-6 washing stations and 3 spots for drying hair, which could make it quite crowded during busy periods. The hotel provides parking, and there are also partner parking lots available on both sides of the hotel. All parking options cost 1200 yen per day. However, they don't offer unlimited in-and-out access, which is a bit inconvenient. It means you'll need to complete all your activities before returning to park your car at the hotel for the night. Having a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs from the hotel was very convenient.

I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

It was not well connected with Rakuten's system, so I was unable to complete the check-in and obtain the password. Moreover, Rakuten only had phone contact and no email method. This is very unfriendly to foreign tourists. Fortunately, our friends who were traveling with us had friends who lived in Japan and could help us call Rakuten customer service, so we were able to check into the hotel. But until I checked out, I never received the reservation number and password from Rakuten. Even when I wanted to check-out, I had to use the tablet in the room to contact customer service to obtain the reservation number before I could complete the procedure. The hotel's facilities are very good, but due to the system, it was a bad stay experience for me.

The hotel is clean, good service and kind staffs. Just a few minutes away from the station, walking distance. Near from restaurants, shop, convenience store. Very good location. No hassle of checking in and out. I had a good breakfast too. I feel relaxed on my 2 nights stay of this hotel. Highly recommended especially for business trip.
