3-Star Hotels in Jeju Province, South Korea

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to both Shilla Duty Free Shop and Baojian Road, and with a bus stop right next door, getting to various attractions is a breeze. It's also just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. The bathroom, in particular, still had noticeable amounts of uncleaned rubbish and waste paper. The hotel facilities were also rather basic. The light control in my room was broken, and despite being told it would be repaired, it remained unfixed until my check-out. This made the room quite dim throughout my stay. On the positive side, the service was good. The owner is Chinese and speaks fluent Mandarin, which was very helpful for communication for Chinese guests.

I trusted Trip.com and made a reservation. The hotel location was easy to find and the price was good. The room was a little smaller than I thought, but the two beds were clean. The smell of well-dried laundry was pleasant.. The bathroom was also clean.. But they didn't give me a toothbrush..^^ It was an unmanned hotel, so I didn't meet the staff even once. When I came back from sightseeing, there were new towels hanging in front of the door.. I wish they had given me one more pillow, but there was nothing to say.. I had a good time at a nice accommodation for a short trip.

This was my favorite hotel during my 9-day trip to Jeju Island, and surprisingly, it was also the cheapest. English communication was smooth, and the environment was great. Although transportation to tourist spots wasn't very convenient, the surrounding area was very modern. It perfectly met my child's expectations for Korea, and the shopping experience was excellent.

This place is more an ABnB rather than a hotel. Go to the kiosk to scan the QR code with your phone to check-in. You will get the room number and the door access code. The bed is spring bed which is not comfort where my body will feel aching in the morning when I wake-up. The perfume at the corridors is smelly. The only positive for this hotel is the location which is very near for those who wants to shop or look for night street food. It’s all walking distance. And for those who wanted to rent Hanbuk and take photos, it’s just across the hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk from Shilla Duty Free Shop. There are several convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and Olive Young is also just a few minutes away. We booked a triple suite, which was very spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. It even had a balcony for drying clothes. For cleaning services, you'll have to contact customer service via WeChat. Tissues and bottled water can be requested from the front desk, which also has a coffee machine for guests to brew their own coffee. The self-service check-in machine was also quite convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Everything was almost satisfactory! ~ I have almost everything I need for my home! ~ It was very convenient to wash and dry it using a dryer while staying for a week! ~ However, it was a reservation for 4 people, but the suspension set was 3 sets, so one had to use wooden chopsticks and disposable spoons, and the faucet in the shower protruded a lot, so it was humid because the head was bowed and broken! ~ Nevertheless, I am very satisfied and want to use it again, and I highly recommend it to my acquaintances! ~

There was no accommodation like this in the world ... I really liked it so much that I wanted to spend it here when I lived in Jeju later. The surroundings are not noisy, and if you walk a little, there is a coastal road. ... My boyfriend loved it so much. I would definitely like to visit again, not twice or three times later. Totally hard

The place was more charming than I expected and absolutely perfect for kids to play. Both the male manager and the lady working the afternoon shift at the front desk during our Wednesday check-in were very friendly. Above all, the cleanliness was superb. Although it's a tourist accommodation with some age, the hallways were clean, the window terrace was spotless without a single cobweb, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with no visible black mold. We booked for 2 nights and 3 days, and on our second day, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room tidied up, with fresh towels, water, and even new disposable scrub pads replenished! Traveling with kids, snacks inevitably got spilled. When I wiped the floor with a wet wipe, I was amazed that not a single speck of dust came off – it was truly spotless. On the morning of our check-out, the sun finally came out. Looking out from the terrace, I saw staff diligently cleaning from early morning, even using a robot cleaner for the swimming pool. This level of dedication was impressive! The rooms were also very large and spacious, which was a significant plus. Each room had a ceiling-mounted system air conditioner. However, when the AC vents were opened, I noticed some black mold, and there was a bit of dust accumulated on top of the refrigerator. I hope they can address these minor cleaning points. Aside from that, it truly offers incredible value for money – it's the best! I even considered extending our stay for another day, but it seemed like the rain would continue, so we stuck to our original schedule. Nevertheless, if I ever visit Jeju Island with my kids again, this is definitely a place I'd love to return to! It's great because it's clean and there are plenty of activities for kids. Highly, highly recommended!

It was so nice to be so attentive and clean There's no bedding, no tableware, no other items. We've got welcome juice sweets. The jacuzzi was well maintained.
