Muy bonito y cómodo, para el costo está muy bien. Y cerca de todo lo que necesitaba para el momento. Fui por I trámite de SRE y estaba muy cerca. Y cerca del paseo Montejo donde fuimos a cenar. En realidad está muy cómodo y sin nada de ruido. Las camas y las almohadas estaba muy cómodas

Buen hotel, pero el servicio de restaurante muy malo.

This is a very clean, neat and tidy hotel with a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and supper. The menu is varied and has something for everyone and is reasonably priced. The large pool is well maintained and the grounds are immaculate. Covid sanitation is a priority here with a walk-through mist and thermometer for everyone entering the lobby. We stayed in room 609, which is considered to be a ‘premium’ room but we consider it to be the standard motel room found anywhere in the world. The wait staff in the restaurant varies from very attentive to lackadaisical. Front desk is always helpful in every way. Being directly across the street from the airport is convenient after a long haul ride. There is ZERO noise from the airport! All in all we’re completely satisfied with Hacienda Inn Aeropourto.

Clean, bright and comfortable are three description of this hotel. Lovely courtyard with pool and nice lounge chairs. The room is simple but well appointed. Nothing depressing at all. Although some rooms I notice have very little natural light, especially in the initial hallway. But mine was fine. Breakfast as some point out is not astonishing, but it is ample and the service decent. Lovely people at the front desk. It is very reasonably priced and worth every penny/peso. It is also close to everything in the Centro Historico.

Always a good standard, rich breakfast, convenient transportation, quiet and comfortable rooms, without interruption. The hotel staff is warm and polite, and you can check in early after discussion.

Our stay at Tecnohotel has been great thus far. They keep our room clean, it's safe, parking is the best (which is why we picked this hotel). It's not fancy but has all you need for a few days and very budget friendly. Note there is no fridge but that is fine cause their is a Restaurant on premises that opens at 7am where you can grab an coffee and breakfast before you explore for the day. We're here for 4 nights and our plans has been to explore the cenotes/ruins in the nearby area. Not so much experience the city thought it is cute and I love the food/vibe here. The restaurant Tecnohotel is great and much better than I expected for a hotel restaurant. Food is tasty and fresh, we've been going multiple times! My partner and I have been ordering club sandwiches that we share in the morning and it's more than enough food to go out and explore. They also give you complimentary toast with your food order. Our server, Marcelino, was attentive, efficient and overall just a great server. Has all the qualities you want. He spoke English too which was also super helpful. The restaurant also opens at 7am which is more than enough time to eat before all the exploration activities open, and you definitely want to eat before you go explore. This places is lovely. Understand, though, that some of the super old furniture is worn. I was there for a month and switched back and forth between two rooms. The first room was a standard double. (The room pics I provide are all of this room). It was a lovely room. The bathroom didn’t make sense though. It was the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The pic shows the sink and the toilet. Across from that, there’s a shower. the room above this one has the same configuration as the one shown, but the sink is outside of the bathroom, which makes the entry/sitting area of the room more pleasant. I chose not Ask to move upstairs because it’s also hotter upstairs than downstairs… and the bathroom configuration wasn’t that big a deal to me. The first room was overlooking Calle 60. It was a bit noisy on some nights. I actually preferred my smaller room to the bigger suite. Something about it just felt nicer. It needed more comfy dining chairs for the little tea table though. The second room I stayed in was a suite with two double beds. (I am not posting pics of that one because there are too many personal items in the pics I have of that room). It was the corner suite facing both Calle 60 and overlooking the park in front of the hotel. IT WAS NOISY. The second room had more light, More room, and a much better bathroom configuration (toilet and shower inside, sink outside the bathroom). It also had a couch and lounging Chair as well as much better (and much older) furniture. By “better” I mean beautifully worked, with more storage space/specialized storage. However, the floor in the second room (the suite) was really badly damaged over by the bathroom. So from the door the room looks pretty much perfect. Over by the bathroom it looks run down. And that’s just how this place is. That’s why I say it’s like staying in someone’s grandma’s house. Beautiful, comfy, clean, but it’s clearly been used. There are rooms that have newer furniture, but understand that this is an old hotel. ITS GORGEOUS but if you expect everything to be new looking, then don’t stay here. I think they are renovating, but I’m not sure. I hope that they keep the furniture and just have if restored as best as possible. They should also restore the broken tiles. IMO restoration of the tiles and professionally filling nicks in wood would do wonders for these rooms. If I were to give this place a review just based on the look of it I would give it a 4. 3 for the condition and 5 for the beauty and ambience. I am giving it a 5 for three reasons: 1. It’s just gorgeous, 2. It felt like was staying in someone’s home… very peaceful… inviting… comfortable and 3. The staff. Come to think about it, they probably are the reason the place felt so comfortable. They seemed efficient and were pleasant, helpful people. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo a un costado del Teatro Peón Contreras y a una cuadra de la catedral y el parque central. Se trata se una casa colonial de dos pisos, bien remodelada y con elevador y una pequeña piscina., amplios pasillos de hermosos pisos de loseta antiguos y un hermoso jardín central con dos árboles de mamey enormes que generan un ambiente muy agradable y hermosas vistas. El servicio que no es del todo malo podría mejorar si se capacita al personal de la recepción. No está mal ni merecen una queja pero les falta ser más atentos y corteses. Felicito al joven Omar que es muy servicial y bien dispuesto. Las recamareras muy bien capacitadas, muy amables y gentiles. Siempre de buen humor. La ciudad de Mérida en cambio, es una gran decepción. La he visitado a lo largo de cuarenta años y nunca había estado en tan malas condiciones. Ha llegado demasiado gente foránea. Los negocios como restaurantes, hoteles, cafés, bares ya no los administran yucatecos sino gente de fuera. Las artesanías que se venden, excepto los huipiles y las guayaberas, lo demás es ajeno y de pésima calidad y muy mal gusto. Hay policía y patrullas por todas partes y a todas horas. Hay basura acumulada en los parques y el mobiliario urbano en malas condiciones. Los costos ahora son excesivos.

ACHTUNG DIESES HOTEL BEGEHT BETRUG WARUM? Die Zimmer sind zum großen Teil alle Tag und Nacht durch laute Maschinengeräusche im Gebäude gestört, an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken, da diese plötzlich lauter und leiser werden in der Nacht. Das Schlimmste: Das Personal weiß davon und vermietet die Zimmer (alle Zimmer nach hinten hin) zum gleichen Preis. Der Manager lässt sich mehrfach verleugnen und auch die coolen Mitarbeiter von booking.vom lässt er eiskalt ohne Einsicht stehen. Danke nochmal an booking an der Stelle für die Hilfe. Lage: Das Hotel liegt auch nicht zentral sondern ca. 10min von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt in einer miesen Ecke. Lediglich der Ado fährt gegenüber ab. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Einzig gute an dem Hotel ist dass es LQBTQ Mitarbeiter unterstützt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Reine Abzocke.

Wow !! My brothers and I planned a trip of brothers including cdmx, Yucatán and Quintana Roo, we came from a terrible stay in cdmx in a hotel where we couldn't sleep, we arrived at this beautiful boutique hotel and we loved ... The rooms were all The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very helpful.

It is a good hotel in this small city....

I can only say positive things about this wonderful boutique hotel. It’s very unassuming from the outside, but as soon as you enter the lobby, you can tell that they have dedicated a lot of time and effort into making something special. The decor, the tiles, the color choices, the openness and airiness of the spaces were all warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. My room was large with 10 foot ceilings, the Wi-Fi was fast and the bed very comfortable. My shower was large and included an open space with live plants and a ceiling open to the outside (screened) so that when we had a rainstorm – and boy, did we have a thunderstorm! – the rain came down directly into the shower area. There is a lovely small pool, as well as little sitting areas and other decorative touches lining the hallways and stairwells, including one area with a hammock that I lay in during the thunderstorm. I only stayed for one night, but I sure wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We spent three days here and were impressed by the size of the room that we had. Good on-site parking (which we needed and one of the reasons we picked this accommodation). The rooms are kept very clean by the maids who do a great job. We found the accommodation to be quite noisy. The building balconies are made of timber and make a lot of noise when being used. Light doors meant that people were slamming the doors constantly. The restaurant on site is handy but it also means that the car park outside the rooms is full of diners cars and noisy till late. Breakfast was Mexican style which was ok. We were disappointed that they didn’t serve tea. We found the location to be quite far from the main town centre and in a not so great neighbourhood. We thought the price was on the high side compared to our other experiences in Mexico.

We were so happy to find such a lovely hotel in Valladolid, that was super nice and modern, but was also beautifully combining the Yucatan traditions and symbols. First of all, the name of the hotel was also special and Waye means hotel de aqui. We have stayed in a lovely room at the first floor decorated in a boho Mayan vibe, that was really close to their rooftop pool. I loved spending time there and also in their front garden, surrounded by their gorgeous exotic plants and also by the super tropical bar. The hotel is located super close to the city center of Valladolid and you have by a walking distance el Parque Central and the Monastery of San Bernardino de Siena. There is a lovely pedestrian street, filled with colourful buildings, flowers and shops really close by, that is called Calzada de los Frailes. If you happen to be in the area and want to visit Merida, Chichen Itza and Tulum, this hotel is in the center of all these locations and you can have nice road trips planned in different locations and tourist attractions everyday. They also have a lovely restaurant called Mundo Maya where they serve breakfast in the morning, but you can also have lunch or dinner there. We’ve had some delicious typical Mexican eggs in the morning and decided to stay also for dinner that was also very good. I loved their guacamole and tacos. Save this destination on your wish list because it is so gorgeous and so worth it.

This hotel will be loved or hated depending on your expectations. Overall, in the US I would consider this a high quality 2 star hotel. If you are looking for a Hilton or even Courtyard experience, you will be disappointed. Pros: in our room (207) the AC worked great. The room was perfectly clean and a few of the bath fixtures show recent upgrades. The beds were fine (no box spring) and the staff were polite. Location very close to the beach. The price was very affordable. I think I paid US$50 a night with one day notice in the middle of June. There is a small pool at the front. Cons: the furnishings are very basic. 2 beds, small bedside table, desk with bench for sitting. No where to relax or even sit except the bed. Only 2 towels and no other bath linen. Bathroom is small. The staff I encounter spoke almost no English, but did not get upset at my bad Spanish. No elevator. The hotel has 4 stories. And no one to carry bags for you. There are many room types, some suites with dining table and chairs and a fridge, etc. so, if do not not want the sp**** room I had and you can speak Spanish, I am sure they can accommodate for a higher rate. Perhaps the most serious issue I had was that there was no way to lock the room door from the inside. The door locks automatically as you enter, so a key is needed, but there is no deadbolt or other way to secure the door from the inside. Now, I note that nearby Merida was just named the safest city in all of North America, including Canada and the US, so maybe this is less of an issue So, if I was driving down I95 and pulled over to a no-name motel, I would find this place to be great. It was clean and is being pretty well maintained, overall. And it is 1 block from an ocean beach that is not too crowded. If you have that expectation in mind, it is just fine and probably as good as the many air bnb nearby for the price. But, if you are looking for a Hampton inn or courtyard designed for American tastes, you will likely be disappointed. .
