The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. Unfortunately the TV did not work but I wasn't there much anyway, there was a nice few from rooftop garden as seen my pics
The hotel has a large lobby, wide bed, and wide table for working with my laptop. I got charged around 50.000 IDR for early check in which is fine for me since i come 1 hour early (I have remote working). The room service menu is sooo good!! With a very cheap price other than room service in other hotel. The minus is the light is too dark in the room (not instagramable), a bit dirty on the table side and the smart tv is not working well. Thank you.

Nice hotel with lovely kind people, hotel is a bit hidden and have to pay 5000 idr to always come inside with a car/taxi, very friendly staff always smiles. No fridge inside the room which was a let down, the sink was also so small and the water would take time to go down, 7/10

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.
The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. Just a heads-up for breakfast: it's served until 10 AM and is 100% Indonesian. If that's not your preference, you'll have to look for food elsewhere.
My main disappointment was that the room window didn't open, and there was an unpleasant odor both in the room and in the hallways. I suggest the establishment consider using air diffusers to improve the atmosphere.

Juno is a perfect hotel for duo or solo. A perfect size room located in a SUPER STRATEGIC area.
For my Malaysian friend that love Tanah Abang, you can just walk for 2 MINS or 120 METERS. If you like to go to the center of Jakarta, you can walk through the multifunction bridge at Pasar Tanah Abang and spend less than 1 RM for train that bound for Bekasi, and drop off at BNI City station or Sudirman station. If you want to go by GrabCar to Grand Indonesia or Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex, you will only need to spend 5-6 RM.
As for the room, it was my bad that didn’t check for the detail facility. The smart TV is only available for executive room and up. The cleanliness and everything is immaculate. Kuddos to Ashley Group for maintaining their branches hotel.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely plan a future visit.

Easy check-in and check-out. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the train and bus stations, with a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Plenty of food and coffee options are also nearby.
Was a lovely hotel to stay in. My room could’ve been a little cleaner just in the tiny details like corners of shelves and the bathroom screen. However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!
Just be aware that this is not a hotel, it is an apartment for rent.
The owner is a Chinese guy who was very helpful, especially for the time we arrived (like 2am). I believe if you do not speak Chinese, it would be a tad difficult to understand, unless maybe you use Wechat and translate the conversation.
The apartment is not too far from the Airport, and I recommend you to take the metered taxi, which would make the short ride much cheaper than even using Grab.
Overall, the apartment has what you need, a bed and shower. I believe the compound has amenities like swimming pool and gym, but we didn't have time to explore.
Excellent stay & highly recommended
It’s truly felt like home, even away from home, the room smell so fresh and very clean, the host provided all amenities, sandal, laundry bag, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towel and very comfortable bed. Lucky, I got to see beautiful sky after raining from the balcony.
The fast internet, big TV to watch free netflix, Max, prime video and premium youtube.
Will come back again to stay for sure.

GGuest UserThe location was great. Not too far to anything. You need a taxi but you need one anyway as a big city. Room was ok was basic. We just found it odd that they knocked early for housekeeping when we were getting ready and we asked them to come back and they never did so we had rubbish and unclean bed for our stay. There were also a lot of little ants that were in the room and sink. Shower and sink did not drain well but shower had good pressure.
Ccaroline.linnsFavehotel was so strategyc. It is located in front of Block M area. Many foods and merchants are nearby. The AC was so cool. The toilet was also very clean. Everything was so clean.
CClen DavidWe recently stayed at a hotel in Jakarta for a short getaway. While there were some enjoyable aspects, a few issues did affect the overall experience.
The positives:
The location is definitely a plus. It’s conveniently close to downtown and many key spots in the city, making it easy to get around whether by car or short walks.
The food was excellent. There was an impressive variety of dishes available throughout the day—everything from local Indonesian fare to international comfort food. The breakfast spread in particular stood out, both in quality and variety. The ambience of the breakfast area was also lovely—bright, open, and relaxing.
The pool was another highlight: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or early evening.
Where it fell short:
The room itself was just okay. It had a strong smell of fresh paint that extended throughout the hallway and into the room, which was unpleasant and hard to ignore. We had requested a room with a view in advance, but were told upon check-in that the hotel was fully booked, so we were assigned a room with no view.
Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable odor that persisted during our stay. Thankfully, we were able to manage it by keeping the exhaust fan running most of the time, but it’s something the hotel should definitely address.
Final thoughts:
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its food, facilities, and location. But the comfort of the room and attention to maintenance need improvement. With a few changes, it could easily offer a much better guest experience.
GGuest UserStaff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Beautiful Aesthetics. A little strict on the little extras like towels etc.
Gganlu7529Love this clean boutique hotel with close proximity to my places for shop & dinner. Hope to be back with more promo in the future. #travel_vegan #a4dable2travel
MMam LandosI recently stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-located in the bustling area of Jakarta, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
Rooms & Comfort
The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Jakarta’s humid climate. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with basic toiletries. However, the room size was a bit compact, which might be a consideration for those traveling with large luggage.
Service & Staff
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.
Facilities & Amenities
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was decent for basic browsing and work. There is no swimming pool or gym, so those looking for leisure facilities might need to look elsewhere.
Location & Accessibility
Delua Hotel is in a strategic location, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. It is easy to find Grab or taxis for commuting around the city. However, traffic in the area can get heavy during peak hours, so plan accordingly.
Overall Verdict
For a budget-friendly stay in Jakarta with clean and comfortable accommodations, Delua Hotel is a solid choice. It is ideal for short stays or business trips, though those looking for luxury amenities might prefer other options.

My stay was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
GGuest UserGood 3 star hotel, everything are good and this is my 3rd time staying here. Good hotel room, good breakfast, good location nearby everything needed as a traveler.
