"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane."

"Relaxed Hampton hotel with parking option (surcharged, if remember correctly, but not too expensive). Nice location for Auschwitz, Krakau, Trip to Ukraine / Slovakia and Energylandia. Very friendly and kind staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Buffet is very decent and everybody will be served plenty (cold cuts, yoghurt + musli, fruits, eggs + sausages, all coffee types (incl. cappuccino). Trip.com was cheaper than booking in hotel, better to compare! For us best option around - checked also other hotels around, but here you get a Hilton daughter quality for just a bit more than other options around. Room was clean, bed comfy (bit on soft side). Fitness room has multifunctional machine + dumbbells and bench + cardio options - enough! Nice hotel, fully recommend!"

"Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland."

"The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the train station, it is convenient to go back and forth to the airport, next to the train station is a large shopping center, eating and shopping is completely easy. Opposite the hotel is the old town, you can see many churches and special buildings, and there are also shopping and eating places."

"I would stay here again, for it's location in the city so close to the rail station that links to the airport in 20 minutes. Also pleasant walking distance into the old town (centre). I read alot in the customer reviews before I stayed that the breakfasts are excellent and now I can see why, very much so. Comfy beds, well sound proofed rooms too and very clean. Overall very good experience here"
