The location is close to the center/station. The disadvantage is that the curtains in the room are not shaded. I was awakened by the sun early in the morning. The hair dryer only has warm air, no hot air, and the long hair has been blowing for a long time. The host Lily introduced the hotel very kindly.
It was a hotel belonging to the Alboi hotel group and it was an old place. It's not the entrance of this hotel, but the entrance of the hotel next to it is used together, and there are check-in and check-out, so it's a little unfamiliar and inconvenient. I went down there on the first basement floor and moved to the next building, and I was able to go up to my room again on a really small Elbe for one person. The facilities seemed old, but I liked it because it was a little farther than the city. It is the entrance to Abeiru, but you can see the canal view and it takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the city.
Hygiene.. The water scale in the shower hose in the shower room was serious. And I changed the shower filter, but in 4 hours the filter color changed to brown, so I was surprised ...
reception sympathy
availability of gym
access to the pool by the hall of the hotel and through the bar
small lunch - only 1 variety of cheese and fiber, yogurts with inadequate conditioning
The hotel was perfect, the attention was excellent and very fast check in. Parking at the hotel door free and very accessible if you carry baggage or cars.
Hotel Jardim is centrally located and within walking distance of most things. The room I was in was very clean and had aircon etc. It was not far off from needing refurbished, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well.
I never used the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The pastry shop mentioned on other reviews is exceptional and is great value for money. I went there for breakfast and was not disappointed.
Would I go back to Hotel Jardim..... Yes
Parking is in the bays at the front of the hotel and on one side of street on which the hotel sits on.
We had a three-bedroom room with a double bed and a sofa in the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need. There was only a coffee maker capsule, but there were coffee shops next door. It was clean. There were enough towels. Clean underwear. Only in the bedroom window goes to the general corridor on the floor, not to the street, but it didn't much prevent us.
I would like to note the feedback from the apartments: a welcome letter was sent to the mail before the settlement with all the information about access. It was very nice to communicate and everything quickly and understandably. Thank you for such service!
Everything was excellent from arrival to departure, however, one aside: the room where we stayed had poor insulation; all the noise from the sides and above was audible, and the plumbing system is old, transmitting sound into the bedrooms. Also, the blinds were damaged and didn't close completely. To avoid these issues, I recommend blackout curtains to block out light as soon as the sun rises. But it was good, not everyone is a light sleeper like me :)
A grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell.
I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

GGuest UserThe hotel does not meet expectations, the photographs advertised on trip have nothing to do with reality, they should fix the damage. We thought it had a jacuzzi on the roof that we never found. As for the location, it is very good, everything is close at hand to be able to walk, the cleaning girls are very nice and every morning they bring you clean towels and make your bed, they also help you with whatever you need.
Overall rating: Could be improved
GGuest UserStayed one night. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. The only problem was the coffee machine didn’t work at the breakfast buffet.

GGuest UserThis is a good sized room, with room to work, comfortable accommodation, central, I use this if I'm working near by on the zona Industria, the shower powerful enough and very clean and bathroom area is very cleqn
