The location is excellent being in the centre of everything. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious. Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy. Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling

Not their fault... but on the route of landing of the near airport... The room was quite good and modern; I was just expecting more space for a superior room. Just a negative point: the floor wasn't wipe every day.

The room is large with 2 large and comfortable beds next to each other, the bathroom with shower is spacious with soft and large towels provided. The general cleanliness is very good, they changed our towels every day even though we didn't ask for it (a choice that I think is not very eco-friendly) There are some cafes nearby (we didn't include breakfast) and restaurants, the bus stop to the center is just a few steps away. The center can also be reached on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes. The Hotel has a covered parking lot at a cost of €19.00 per day, absolutely essential if you arrive by car since there are no other parking lots nearby.

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. The staff provided outstanding service, taking the time during check-in to explain the city’s attractions and the best ways to explore them. They also used a printed map to guide guests on the most convenient routes to reach the hotel from various parts of the city.

Nice apartments, the only thing I didn't notice is that there are no windows. It's quite hard to wake up in the constant darkness. Another thing that needs serious work is check-in. People arriving at the apartments don't understand where to go. The building with the apartments is closed. You have to walk 100 meters to the hotel reception to get the key. Why don't they send this information on the day of check-in? People are lost and don't know what to do, and this is the most unpleasant thing when you arrive in the city tired and want to get your place as quickly as possible.

I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. I just returned from a wonderful vacation at Solar Dos Poetas, and I can’t say enough good things about my stay! The location is absolutely amazing, nestled in a picturesque area that made exploring the sights a breeze. Everything I wanted to see in the city was either within walking distance or just a short trip away. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their local recommendations were spot on and really enhanced my experience. Breakfast was another fantastic part of my visit! Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious spread that included fresh pastries, fruits, and a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The hotel is a ”youthful” Mariott Bonvoy, right next to the Oriente Metro station of the red line. Airport is about 10 minutes by car/taxi away, and will set you back not quite 20 Euro. Unlike advertised, they do not have a shuttle service. Breakfast is 10 Euro in house, not 12 like the platform advertises, continental style buffet - Asians will probably not like it very much, but there are some other breakfast options close by - for those who are used to this style, it is very nice. Rooms are clean, uncarpeted, generally non-smoking (except outside breakfast area) and quiet. Bed is comfy, but there is no working table though. Bathroom is minimal, but sane. Bring your own consumables except shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. Bring slippers too. Doors could close quieter. The toilet seat is super tiny and doesn't have a brake - you can hear it when someone above you is dropping it down. Restaurant options close by in Park of Nations area next to the shore, and on the main roads. Fine dining close by in Vasco da Gama tower. Nothing cheap.
