I will start with the downsides, which very much damaged the impression: 1. Booked with trip.s, the description of the room indicated that the room I booked would be with a view to the mountains. On the fact of arrival: 1 floor with view of nothing!!!! 2. In a quick description it was written that there was some brand hot source. I really wanted to relax in the evening, rest. As a result: The nearest hot source is 20km. 3. Wei Fai in our room hasn't caught on bed, only on the couch. All this has spoiled the impression very much. Of the pluses: 1. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the smell is pleasant in the room, the character is polite, there is a microwave in the hall, a children's room. 2. Location at the Park. We specifically took this hotel with the view that it will be a hot source. Perhaps the hotel should correct its description on the trip.som website so that people have a match of expectation-reality.

Чистый отель, уютный. Но не очень удобно расположен. Хотя от вокзала полчаса пешком. Нет лифта. Пришлось чемоданы тащить на третий этаж. Нет завтраков. Но в общем на небольшой срок все устроило. В принципе рекомендую

Отличный отель!!! Замечательное расположение, буквально, в трёх минутах ходьбы от станции Золотушка, до центра Ессентуки пять минут на электричке. Очень светлый и приятный отель, замечательные вежливые девчонки на рецепции, чистый номер, безупречное постельное белье и полотенца. Отличный интернет. В одном из отзывов прочитала о том, что номер похож на офис, но ведь это же Бизнес-отель., поэтому и обстановка соответствующая, деловая!!!)) Всем советую бронировать с завтраком, очень сытно и вкусно!! Спасибо Администратору Светлане и накормила и проводила )))!!! И девушке (к сожалению, не спросила ее имя), которая встретила в день заезда тоже огромное спасибо!!! В следующий раз только в этот отель!!! ))
