The staff here are really helpful. When I ordered takeout and didn't have small change, the front desk readily helped me out without any fuss. The hotel is quite clean, but you do need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. Breakfast isn't provided, and for drinking water, you have to go to the common area. There are 24-hour dining options nearby, so it's a good choice for those on a tight budget!

A compact yet stylish and functional stay, perfect for short trips. Clean, eco-friendly, and well-equipped for comfort and convenience. Water refill stations are provided in the corridor — very practical and environmentally conscious.

Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay

This hostel 🏨 is genuinely great! I dare say it's unbeatable for its price point. The host keeps the place meticulously clean and tidy. The common lounge area is designed predominantly in black, with a bar-like long table perfect for guests to have coffee and chat. They even provide a gas stove and cookware for guests free of charge. That's incredibly thoughtful! It's absolutely perfect for backpackers looking for a temporary stopover in JB! One thing to note is that this hostel is alcohol-free and pork cooking is prohibited, so travelers should be aware. And finally, a pleasant surprise is that the hostel has a cat that often cocks its head, super cute ớ ₃ờ! Overall, this hostel is truly an excellent place for backpackers to stay.

So, the hotel stay? Let's just say it wasn't winning any ”Most Likely to Be Remembered Fondly” awards. The Wi-Fi signal was so weak, it made dial-up look like warp speed. The staff seemed to have attended the ”Charm School for Robots” – graduating with honors in monotone efficiency. As for entertainment, the cable was flatter than a week-old roti canai, and local TV might as well have been broadcasting from Mars, linguistically speaking. Thankfully, there was a 24-hour mamak for emergency mee goreng runs. A barbershop next door offered the hope of a pre-9 PM trim, assuming you could beat the early-bird special to receding hairlines. And a mamak convenience store stood guard, also clocking out at 9 PM sharp.

Clean and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient with coffee shops, Chinese BBQ skewers, Lok Lok, and more all around. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness was acceptable, and the self check-in service was convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor—you can clearly hear the lift operating outside the room. In addition, when the neighboring guests were making noise around 11 p.m., we asked the staff for assistance to ask them to lower the noise, but no action was taken. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, despite the decent cleanliness and self check-in service.

place is convenient, have a alot of restaurant. room is big and clean. The room i choose is cheap and without window. Is fine for me for business trip.

Overall, it's pretty good. The bathroom could use some improvement, but it's still perfectly functional. The front desk staff are super friendly and proactive in handling any issues. Highly recommend it for backpackers, and it's close to CIQ.

Very clean, thumbs up! 👍 The location is great too. 👏 Just the towels were a little bit unclean, and the water pressure wasn't very strong, so it took a while to shower. 😂 Overall, it was still pretty good.
